The trip was overall exciting and great.it was a good season and weather to travel...the safari in Masai Mara was excellent... very well planned and fun. Lake Nakuru was disappointing as my advice is that it can be easily skipped. Ambosili was just ok. The travel time and roads suck. The driver had no clue of the time taken from one destination to the other. ....it takes 8 hours from one to the other because of the condition of the roads . We had specifically asked for a safari van with AC....a van was given in which the AC WAS NOT WORKING. The driver to our surprise decided to take his family along in the van....our privacy went out of the window. There was poor coordination between the Indian agent and the Kenyan counterpart. The trip was booked through travel triangle but they conveniently put us on to the agent and disowned us after collecting the money. Service tax was added at the last moment and was not part of the quote.

I would start off by saying that overall we had a good trip but it could have been better, and we would like to thank Travel Triangle and MK Holidays for the good experiences we had. South Africa (SA) is a wonderful place, a place where you would want to live a bit longer. It has a myriad of attraction for travelers – national park, beaches, beautiful cities, lovely and scenic drives, amazing people and a host of activities from skydiving, parasailing, bungee jumping to whale watching and shark cage diving. If you are thinking of visiting this place, you must. MK Holidays (MKH), a tour partner of Travel Triangle, helped us with the end-to-end planning including flight and hotel bookings for our 13 day honeymoon trip in December. Their pricing was decent, given it was the holiday season. We enjoyed the trip and covered everything almost as planned. Travel triangle was very responsive and helpful once we set foot in SA. Their local point of contact in Johannesburg was very professional and timely for the Kruger tour and airport transfers. MKH was also responsive to any queries we had when we were in SA. Most of the hotels they provided were also as per the quality we were expecting. However, there were a few hassles in planning the trip. MKH is not proactive in communicating the plan and timelines of when they will be completing the various flight and hotel bookings. Most of the time we’ve had to keep reminding them that the deadline for VISA application etc. is approaching and activities need to be completed fast. In SA, the tour guide for one of our tours did not turn up at the hotel because pick-up from that particular hotel was not within their radius and hence we would have to come to a nearby hotel for pickup. This was not communicated by MKH in time which led us to later do that trip by ourselves. MKH reimbursed the personal expenses incurred though. One of the tour bookings was done last minute just before starting the tour. The hotel provided in Knysna was more of a backpackers hotel than one suitable for a honeymoon. These things cause unnecessary hassle and cost your peace of mind during the trip which if taken care of can provide a very smooth experience. I would urge TT and MKH to ensure that they incorporate this feedback which would lead to increased professionalism from their side and hence better customer satisfaction.

We had no recommendation from anyone about Travel Triangle (TT). Just found it incidentally on the net. Had got a few quotes from Thomas cook, SOTC etc, but thought let's give TT a try. The quotes from MK Holidays seemed reasonable and we went ahead with it. We are now very pleased that we opted for Travel Triangle and MK Holidays (Besten Tours) and we certainly enjoyed our trip to South Africa. It was a very well-coordinated trip, visiting JoBurg. Kruger National Park, Knysna and Cape Town. Knysna was a good suggestion from MK and we really loved the place. The hotels and vehicles provided were good and all the three local guides cum drivers were really well informed, friendly and nice which made our trip a memorable one. TT gave a flexible payment option and stood as a guarantee. The travel planning with MKH including ticketing and Visa arrangements were also quite smooth. Firstly, let me comment on the positive things about Manoj - He is a humble guy ,always ready to help you in the entire trip, next the best deal was planned under our budget , as i had checked around 20 agents to book my dream destinations who had quoted way beyond my budget. All hotels were value for money , located in city centre where everything is accessible to you and where u wind all tourist attractions and the transport, except the Venice one which was 10-15 kms away from the island, i would agree on this as Mnoj had to fit in my budget, now let come to the other part- few pic ups and drops were messed up , we had to pay extra for the baggage for the internal flights( which was not told to me earlier) , and lastly i had to wait till the last minute until i could receive my vouchers . so, i would suggest people to definitely choose Manoj as a travel agent for your international trips , he will plan a deal value for money, but please have atlest some knowledge about the place you will be travelling to and please make things clear before you fix a deal. Over all i things its worth travelling with Manoj Rather than paying worthless amount for the big agencies like Thomas Cook, Cox and Kings, Make my trip, these people just take excess money from you. Santorini and Mykonos Islands lovely places, must visit for couples. Prague- i guess one of the beautiful place in the world, one must definitely visit

We went to South Africa for our honey moon, and Manoj was our agent. Firstly, he gave us the best itinerary possible at great rate. To fit in our budget, he suggested some real good hotels which were less known, but fare more beautiful than the ones we were opting. But, he is a busy guy and it gets difficult to get things done with him. There were some serious delays in getting the vouchers and all. We didn't receive it till a week before we left. We even had to wait at airports as we didn't have the local numbers. Some local transfers were messed up as well. You must have some basic knowledge and the time to follow up with him. I will suggest you to clarify every smallest thing on portal/email before finalizing. But over all, it was a good experience, as he is a good guy, gives a real good deal for money and remains in touch throughout the tour. We did sky diving, bungee and a lot of tweaks to our private tour. We had fun!

I along with my wife and son had a wonderful trip to Suncity and Capetown through MK Holidays. The trip was well planned and we got everything as promised. I am very pleased that I opted for Travel Triangle and certainly enjoyed the tour and holiday. Visit to Knysna and also Masai Mara especially the tented camp. New experience - but enjoyed every bit of it.

South Africa is a dream tourist destination. From wildlife to mountains, good beaches to history...you find a slice of everything.The experience with Travel Triangle & my agent MK Holidays has been particularly nice.Travel Triangle has a number of agents & help you in choosing the same. Manoj from MK Holidays is a dependable guy & arranged our tour in a nice manner. Bookings were done properly, the cabs service was excellent and on time, the hotels provided were good. Overall it was a nice experience at a lower cost than the other big travel providers like Make My Trip or Thomas Cook. Look forward to travelling with Manoj once again. Kruger Safari is something you shouldn't miss while travelling to South Africa. If you love oceans then it's Mossel Bay.
