the trip was overall very well planned besides some minor glitches. the travel agent did a very good job. but we are highlighting the issues we faced such that they are be used for future bookings and improvization of services: 1. on our arrival the cab was not there to pick us up at the airport 2. the hotel at cape town was in a really bad locality and very far from the city center 3. the car provided was in a really bad state and the bookings were such that it was difficult to change our booking

I was very impressed by this travel company's personal service and follow through. During the planning process, my agent spent considerable time (at his off hours) discussing our objectives, our personal needs (and young son), and a variety of accommodation / activity options. Our travel company worked with our requests and provided an itinerary that was reasonable in terms of logistics while within initial budget; we later requested upgrades and they were able to make reservations despite limited supply of rooms at the hotels. We will recommend this travel company to other family members traveling to India in the next year or so.
