I am b.thankful to travel triangle for the great care they took about us.in future I want to some more places under their packages Every moment is wonderful

Hotel in pelling was good. However in gantok, rooms are smelly and ok types. People should go for better options. Staff in Hotel was cooperative. Tour coordinator was very attantive and supportive. Food was somewhere in between of Ok & good. Tour planner should suggest point like zero point & Buddha park near Namchi. Which were not in our package but driver told us about those places and take us there at an extra cost. About cab - one cab & driver was good but the other one does not have music system and driver was moddy types. He is a kind of person where you have to sit quitely to avoid any difference. Most importantly one should visit Sikkim in season only because off seanson means completely off seanson. You will not see any tourist. Buddha park. Bhaktang fall & bhanjakari falls. Trip to baba mandir was mermorable specially at miltry station in between. In Lachung - yamutang Vally is a good place but in season only other wise you will not find any activity there. Zero point is also a good place.

1) driver should know about place. He had no idea about bhutan 2) driver should be friendly and talkative and discuss stories. 3) driver should be flexible and adjusting. 4) we only covered hotel to hotel everyday with seeing places only which came on the route 5) no extra sight seeing. 6) drivervsaid no to taking us for local sights 7) lunch and dinner not included in itinerary but that should not mean we won't have and that the driver should not take you for meals. We managed all by ourselves even in rain. He did not drop and pick us for meals. Its only human courtesy to do this 8) both vendor and agency should follow up with clients. No talks after payment made 9)package cost revised on last day. Even though hotels were available and it was off season. 10) i would expect some relief/compensation for inconvenience caused. Staying in hotels. They were the best every day and place.

We have travelled to pelling and Gangtok for 5 days and 4 nights. Hotels were pretty good with good maintenance and good valley views. Even the food was nice. We travelled through golden vacations Siliguri. There was a good coordination with travel agent and cab driver and the driver was on time always. The trip was awesome and Sikkim is too good...

The hotel at Gangtok was not at all good. The Hotel staff at reception was not aware of our arrival.

IT WAS NICE TOUR BUT ON DAY OF ARRIVAL NOBODY WAS ON AIRPORT TO WELCOME US, WE WAITED FOR 2 HOURS AS THERE WAS NO TRANSPORTER AS PROMISED BY GOLDEN VACATIONS. GIVEN MOBILE NO OF DRIVER WAS NOT PICKING UP OUR PHONE. 2ND THEY ASKED US TO BE READY BY 7.30AM & TRANSPORTER CAME BY 9.45AM. DAY BEFORE OF ARRIVAL THEY INFORM US THAT YOUR STAY IN SIKKIM HAS BEEN CHANGED TO ANOTHER HOTEL ( HOTEL CHALET ORCHIT IS NOT GOOD HOTEL TO STAY, ROOMS ARE DIRTY AND SMALL, FOOD & STAFF IS GOOD) THEY DIDNT MADE OUR VISIT TO NATHULA PASS ( WE HAD PROVIDED DOCUMENTS) OVERALL THERE WAS COMMUNICATION ISSUE IN GOLDEN VACATIONS AND THERE ARRANGERES.

Very well planned by golden vacations special thanks to tamalika for finalizing packages, sanjib and biswajit and sanfeep for perfectly arranging the trip :) lastly to all drivers madan and arjun for entertainment and safe driving through the trip thanks :)

Food at Hotel Golden Star Continental was awesome. Food at Hotel Golden star Continental, Gangtok was very delicious and Our vishit to Changu lake we will always remember that.

The hotels were OK. but when we reached Darjeeling there was no car waiting for us as promised on the previous day. A mobile no. ( which I later came to know that it was of of the tour coordinator) was provided instead of the driver's no. and vehicle no. After waiting for an hour and making frantic calls to Tushar Mittal from Golden Vacations from whom we had booked our tour. a vehicle at last arrived Mr. Tushar Mittal conveniently moved out from making our arrangement and Mr. Sonu who turned out to be our new tour coordinator took charge. Every time a new Driver was provided giving an excuse that our tour involved West Bengal and Sikkim which were 2 different states. The driver at Darjeeling Mr. Tkshitig was arrogant and tried to cheat us by asking us to pay Rs 300/ as waiting charges at a ropeway. This totally spoilt the group's mood and the enthusiasm . At Lachen when the weather was already bad and very cold with heavy rains we were told that there was no booking at the specified hotel and it was was typo error and had to go to some other hotel. Luckily that hotel accommodated us. All in all Mr. Tushar Mittal from Golden Vaccations had not done a good job. Our trip would have been much better without such last minute tensions. At Lachung we experienced fresh snow fall and good scenery. the food too was good.
