Apart from hotel everything was fine. The destination deseves a praise. But hotel accommodation was below par.

Hotels were pretty good. The drivers were good to interact with, gave us a lot of information and tips. Itinerary was customised according to requirements. Overall, the services of the agent were good too barring a few instances before the trip started (obtaining information from the agent about the place being visited was getting a bit difficult with delayed or no responses at times). However, I must mention that things went very well after the trip started. This is a review for my recent tour to the Dooars and Bhutan (6 nights, 7 days). Overall, I am pleased with the arrangements.

Tour operator co operation is nice , they supported in all circumstances.But in itenary Lachung Vally is disappointed very much after. A long journey visiting Only Yamthang vally is not that much satisfied . Rope way in tsangpo lake is awesome and zoo in Darjeeling are very nice.

The trip went fine for the first couple of days but once the problems started there was no support from the agents namely upasna , prag etc apart from just apologies with lame excuses. So in short u r there on ur own as their agents are not of any help. The most non efficient and reluctant person in their team is the person responsible for arranging ur permits and airport pick up n deop. He is a tout who will charge u 400 for a 200 rupees sim which u can buy urself. Will make u wait for hours at the permit office as he woke up late in the morning. The name of the person is Abhishek.if he is the person alloted to u then may god bless u. For their agents the trip is over as soon as u have made the full payment in advance. They will create a whatsapp group with u n be mere watchers of ur problems u post on the group Phunakha is adventurous with suspension bridge n river rafting then tiger nest is real fun

Good lili Pelling hotel was good

Travel agents followed up only when they needed money. They showed no interest in solving hotel problems and co-ordinating on trip.Darjeeling hotel location was very bad,no cab driver was ready to come to hotel since very narrow road and steep road. It was problematic for elders to climb up and down everytime to reach to main road. Hotel rooms in gangtok,darjeeling were very small and there was hardly any space left after putting extra mattress. Rooms were not upto expectation and did not seem worth money. Also travel agents behavior wan not responsive and annoying. They did not help or arrange for different rooms even after telling many times. We adjusted for hotel rooms during the whole trip and it seemed very unworthy for the money we paid.

Overall experience was awesome. Hotel staff and tour management was very responsive and helpful. Drivers were very professional and very helpful. Specially Ravi ane Sachin. Ropeway at changu lake Ice at zero point Gangtok city

sight seeing service can be improved , drivers give confused information about roads and sightseeing which confuse travellers and driver take advantage of this confusion to get extra money

Excellent service from Travel Traingle.

All Hotel accommodation were good apart from 1 hotel which was congested for triple sharing type only at Paro. On of the best Hotel was in Thimpu with awesome seenery and food quality along with cleanliness. Rest all the hotel and travelling was best as per iteranry. Most of the famous places covered and with patience. Overall Bhutan Trip was excellent.

It was overall good except hotel quality in phuentsholing

The trip was very well organised and executed. The drivers were very professional and punctual throughout the trip. We were able to manage throughout the trip without knowing hindi/local language as hotel staff/drivers/tour operators were able to communicate in English. Overall the tour operators made our trip enjoyable,safe and memorable. Tea gardens in Darjeeling and tsmogo lake in Sikkim were breathtaking
