To start i would say the Memorable Holidays (MH) offered me a good service in terms of finalizing my itinerary, very unfortunate was the way they projected.
1. I was informed opted for 4 star hotels but the MH team offered 4star Google review hotels which makes a lot of difference.
2. Room in Florence -- it was again booked in 3star but i would better call it a lodge than a hotel
3. Excursion to Pisa -- excursion did not cover entrance ticket to Pisa, after all travelling so far nobody wants to miss this. If this was not covered , MH team should have explained the scene. I had to shell out extra for the entrance , luckily could manage to get the ticket otherwise it has to be booked in advance.
I would overall say not good not bad .... best i would suggest is to explain to customers in details on what is covered what is not covered so that people would not miss / get disappointed with last minutes jerks .
It is not about being competitive to get the business , motto should be to give best service with quality.
After highlighting the inconvenience caused I expected MH team to call me and speak to me on my return which did not happen.
