It is our sincere thanks to Memorable Vacations and Holidays and especially to Mr. Ashish Kohli who assisted us and arranged everything to our requirements for a very special holiday to Singapore and Bali. The hotels were amazing and transport i.e. cab and driver provided were upto the mark and on time. The vouchers were provided beforehand so we dont need to wait and buy while standing in a queue. Trip to Australia went as planned. It was well planned and could customize as per my requirements. All hotels, food, sightseeing timings and other details were as per planned and shared. So I would say, our vacations were very memorable and relaxing as we faced no issues and hassles. 2 Areas of improvement - 1) It will be helpful if distance from hotel to main market or outing spot is clearly mentioned. As Crowne Plaza was bit far from main market, food plaza and beach in Gold Coast. 2) At Kuranda Rainforest, charges of Koala & Kangaroo park, Zoo were not covered in the cost. It should have been either covered in the cost or mentioned explicitly that these will need to be borne by us. Rest all was perfect and as per itinerary. I will surely use your services for future domestic and international trips and tours. Thanks Cairns was best among all other places in Australia. Experience of submarine, glass boat and snorkeling was amazing and very different from other places.

A great place to visit for honeymoon. Resort was great, a pleasent stay. But few problems as well 1. Next day after arrival the tour people didn't knew we are there, so our tour pick up was delayed. 2. Last day departure, airport pick up delayed by an hour. We had to rush at airport 3. Even after informing at resort for veg food not many variety was available. Almost repeated same menu

To begin with Jai from memorable vacations was of great help for booking my hotel and providing me all the primary information needed for the trip. He never missed a call and was always there to help me with any information that i asked. On arrival we were received very courteously by the staff at the hotel (radisson blu azuri). There were no hidden costs and all the freebies that were promised were given to us before we demanded it. The resort in itself was very beautiful, calm with wonderful staff who always greeted got with a smile. Our tour guide there Mr. Ravi was very kind and helped us visit the places that were not included in our itinerary at very reasonable prices that too at a very short notice. All in all a perfect honeymoon!!! Scuba diving and casela nature Park visit were something we will remember for our lifetime!!
