The trio overall was fine, but mostly because we put in a lot of effort in communicating, coordinating, and managing things on our own. It would have been way smoother if we were briefed about everything beforehand. Simply sharing pdfs isn’t enough. One should convey everything to the customer over phone and handle queries there and then. For instance, communication was a huge problem due to language differences and coordinating with the local authorities was a headache. But before that, a lot of our energy was wasted in undergoing the visa on arrival process about which nobody guided or informed us earlier either. We were pretty much left at the disposal of the e-vouchers, and nobody proactively called us to explain every detail to make the trip more convenient. Like I said, the trio was fine on the whole and we made some great memories, but the challenges we faced could have been tackled more efficiently.
