Trip SailerCom

Our family had a good 8 day trip to Shimla, Manali, Kullu.Chandigarh. We did the trip in the 1st week of May 2016. We are thankful to Travel Triangle and Trip Sailer for the nice vacation that we had. We enjoyed the horse ride to Kufri near Shimla. Nice climate. Had great photography sessions We visited Hampta Pass which is at 14100 feet. It requires special permission from the SDM and so we hired a private cab for the trip. Mountaineered and trekked couple of kms for reaching the snow covered glacier at Hampta Pass. We were refreshed by the 9kms river rafting at Kullu in the Beas river. One thing that disturbed us is that the driver exhausted his cash after few days and started demanding funds from us. He threatened to leave us on the road when the fuel runs out . But Trip Sailer had taken 100% of the money and hence we did not want to pay anymore. This troubled us and caused wastage of time. We request you to take necessary measures so that other vacationers are not troubled due to such erratic behaviour of drivers

Tent was good, rafting plan was not what I asked and was delayed also but that worked good for us as we got a chance to do cliff jumping as the water level was good...food was specifically delicious and the camp manager arranged early breakfast for us as we were supposed to leave early Bungee jumping was the best experience, a must do activity

Excellent trip, everything was memorable. Has visited all the places in shimla and manali. Driver was really good.

My whole trip was good specially cab driver.. hotels were good...safari was included in package but thats not satisfactory.u have provided a free safari where no wildlife is visible. although package design was awesome,but not happy with the cancellation policy.. trip sailors gave no return if i was asked for one as some sudden death was happen in my family then in no choice i had to continue my trip. plz next time in future do provide some cancellation relaxation. mussorri hotels n valley was just awesome, cab driver was good n cultured n vr happy n satisfied with the way he covered all places....nanital property was in good location but hotel happy home rooms were small... jim corbett view ac huts were awesome but the food was not satisfactory. overall im happy with the package but unhappy with cancellation policy thats why gave 3 stars otherwise thier arrangements worth 4 n 4 n half stars.

everything was done and arranged perfectly except some minor mis management like the bouquet flowers cake was supposed to be delivered on the check in date at manali , though the same was done on the evening of second day.. hotel @ Chandigarh was booked in the wrong name, so have to unnecessarily wait for checking in the hotel.. rest everything was gud. keep improving.. will expect better service next time..

The tour was arranged by M/s Travel Triangle and M/s Trip Sailor. All the 4 hotels booked by them were very good. Food was also good in those hotels. We were lucky to have a polite and expert cab driver Mr. Vikas Verma.He was with us for 7 days and there was not a single discord between the driver and any of us. However, the travel agencies did not pay heed to my request for Itios cab. We had to travel by Indigo. Agencies should try to meet visitors requests sincerely. 1. Pictursque view of Himalaya from the balcony of Hotel Kausani Best Inn. 2. There are more than 7 lakes in Nainital. All of them are beautiful. Khurpa taal in particular gives a panoramic picture. Visit to Jim Corbette jungle was however not worth to travel by road 300 Km. distance from Delhi. Similarly, visit to Almora city and one night stay there did not justify.

I think you guys need to work on authencity of your agencies!! I got 2 quotes and in same quote i got 6k difference..I mean how is it possible!!And also had some minor discussions with other agency on same quote..The way he talked which is not likable...Call me if you want to know more and interested to know about the incidence!!

This was the first time I booked my holiday with travel triangle and it was a good experience and the process was also quiet simple.
