Driver was exceptional. Please send my appreciation to him, he was caring and supported us very well. Travel agent was also very supportive, hotels were also good

Tripsailer helped us from start to end with all the planning and helped to make sure that my trip went without any hiccups. They also called in between to check on us, which was really good. The hotel that they gave in Jaipur was great, the hospitality, food and room everything was upto the standards. However, the hotel they gave us in Udaipur was not that great. The washroom door had mould on it; it was not clean. The breakfast was average. The driver they provided was good; he did show us around, but he was going off track with the planned itinerary and was going to other places that were not in the itinerary. Apart from these few points, the trip went perfectly well. We enjoyed it a lot, and we would choose Tripsailer again for our future trips.

I can only comment on driver pick up and drop was on time but when it comes to showing places i was misled in few of the things. Rest everything was perfectly fine.

The itinerary prepared was excellent with no wastage of time, Cab driver was great but cab provided was not well maintained and old was given white board instead of yellow board. Hotels offered were also great with good food. Activities at desert, Places visit in Jaipur, Forts at Jaipur, Jaisalmer and Udaipur were highlights

Our trip started beautifully with great hotels in Munnar and Thekkady, but the houseboat experience in Alleppey was a total disaster. The boat looked nothing like the pictures which shared during trip booking—it was small, poorly maintained, and had an unsanitary kitchen. The biggest issue was the staff; the driver was drunk which is unacceptable and dangerous.

I am giving four stars due to a bad boathouse experience; otherwise, all hotel arrangements were good. The overall experience was good, apart from a few glitches such as the boathouse experience and a bad experience with the cab driver on the last day. All other arrangements were good.

Excellent experience as far as hotels provided, cab driver and service provided by agent is considered..

Hotel booked for Udaipur was worst, would not recommend it to anyone, was not worth of budget. When we asked to change the room they denied. And moreover we had a dinner at same hotel and we fell very serious ill. I strongly don't recommend Lavitra hotel. Mount Abu hotel was very good.

It was very amazing eexperience we had during this tour. All places were fabulous. I felt house boating as boring but this might be my experience only.

My first trip with Travel Triangle was in 2016, and I’ve booked several trips with them since then. Unfortunately, this was the only time we felt the experience wasn’t worth it. There was no involvement from Travel Triangle during this trip. Nobody contacted us at the beginning or during the trip. The driver who picked us up was unaware of our schedule, had no hotel details, and didn’t know the itinerary. The car provided was good, but the driver’s attitude was disappointing. He gave no suggestions or helpful advice about any of the sightseeing spots but was quite insistent about skipping certain places. He even asked us to book an Uber or Rapido to get to our hotel while returning from Pushkar, at the Delhi Jaipur Agra Crossing, because he needed to return there.I had specifically requested any sedan except a Dzire and reconfirmed this request just a day before the trip. Still, a Dzire was provided. Later, the travel agent informed me the vehicle could be changed from the second day, but I refused because I didn’t think it was fair to swap drivers after we had already been picked up from the railway station. The hotel services were good, food was delicious and location was very nice.
