first of all thanks to travel tringle and trip dost to provide me a very pleasant experience. i would like to thank mr. deepak kumar who provided us best service even on holidays and also on non office hour. he was available every time whenever i need for any issue whether it is small query or any other issue my trip starting from phuket was very enjoyable and very pleasantfull. candle liggt dinner arranged by deepak sir with help of journey exotica agent ms. PENNY. all travel agents was very good. thanks all of you. looking forward to another trip very soon

Hotel stay could have been better,we found bed bugs in the room an second hotel was located at a very conjusted place Site seeing

Good and memorable trip. Bangkok agents were cooperative - Visa processing is done at Bangkok only. Travelers taking a domestic flight from Bangkok should keep sufficient gap between flights so that they can get the Visa stamped - By paying extra 200 bhat you can skip the normal line and proceed to express checkout - Try to get the daily itenary breakup. This helps to plan better specifically if you want to have plans for the evening

Trip was organised completely good only issue which i faced was phi phi island tour there was a miscommunication between tripods agent and thailand travel agent, and bangkok hotel was not good rest trip was good pricing and service was pretty good trip was great except bangkok hotel and one miscommunication for an island tour rest was good, awesome place to visit

organized well., nitin is my agent and he is very cool.he make it very delay and at last he has done a good job.,everything executed as per itenary.very much satisfied with trip dost service. they ll make delay but they ll do their best.the guide in pattaya is not up to the mark.she didnt turn up to us. apart from that,its ok.,also,have one bitter experience,last day v have no plan so i booked safari with the guide for 2300bhats they left us back in hotel in d morning, i called her ,she didnt pick the phone ,i dialled continuosly after a while she answered that come to safari of ur own ,taxi charged 600bhats,i called trip dost in between tht ur guide have our 2300bhats money and now she is not picking my phone,plz help ,help me find tht girl and money, tht time nitin(trip dost) cooly said ,its not in our itenary, do something of yourself, TOTALLY FEDUP,, SO BEWARE.,ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN..THAT MUCH LOYALTY THEY R HAVING PARA SAILING is my best memory there,had nice n different sea food ..enjoyed ...

Well, Local support was good and things were scheduled as per shared itinerary but not happy with hotels which is recommended by Trip Dost. Moreover, at Bangkok Trip Dost has booked the wrong hotel and misguide me because similar name of hotel.

Good service & complete packed trip of Thailand we enjoyed a lot all are fully sopportive staffs from booking to till travel gied. We not felt bad any where Under water walking in see is the best memories of the trip.

I would like to say the majority of my tour planned was extremely nice, I had few hiccups in between but they were all sorted out once raised and they kept their commitment. The local agent by name Penney of Journeys Exotica was extremely helpful and provided prompt response. I would recommend Trip Dost for sure. Kudos to you and your team. Thank you for taking good care of us. I already provided feedback on the Driver to Penny on our return from Bangkok Hotel to DMK airport, The driver was rude but that does not take away the efforts put in by Trip dost and Penny who were very efficient and professional. All pick ups were on time and the guide were extremely helpful and could speak English. Also all the sightseeing locations were fairly covered.

Very average services by hotel. Very rude staff in grand Bella at reception. Pathetic experience.

Nicely organized and coordinated trip. We didn't get any surprises or disappointments during the period. It was fun at our affordability. I strongly recommend trip triangle over any other travel agency.

Very neat and hassle free arrangement. The local agent by name Penney of Journeys Exotica was extremely cordial and efficient. Better to use the services of Travel Triangle than to plan on your own is the lesson learnt. As we got up very late, we missed the cab to Coral Island package. The local agent immediately got into the act and ensured that we rejoined the party. Kudos to both Travel Triangle and Journeys Exotica.
