Deepak was my point of contact in Tripdost and he was really helpful. Hotels were already decided by us after some research, apart from that they provided were well crafted travel package. My point of contact in Thailand was in constant contact with me and helped whenever required. We booked all the private transfers and they were all on time and well planned. Really enjoyed the trip, would highly recommend them.

One of the cab driver was too rude. I had opted for private car however I was asked to travel in a van for Alczar show. The location of both the hotels were excellent however the food at hotel was disgusting

flights were good because I researched and told them what to book. Hotels were bad because I was travelling with kids but first hotel in Krabi did not have restaurant so no room service, 2nd in Phuket no extra bed given so had to pay 3541 Bhat, agent refunded only 3000 bhat, plus it was in the middle of town not on beach ( novotel phookethra), had to pay everyday rto go to beach. 3rd hotel in bangkok was worst, very dirty and had cockroaches in the room- some Baiyoke suite hotel. I demanded pvt transfers everywhere so that was good. trips booked by agent were nice ( in Krarbi- 4 island, in Phuket- phi phi island, in Bangkok marine world and jungle safari, also city tour). There was always communication gap in Thailand team and India team. I had to correct itinerary paper provided by agent myself, even then they always made mistakes ( e.g. in Phuket they told drive to send us NAi YAng beach resort but my hotel was in town- novotel) Overall my agent was good- Sandeep, but I think he needs to more customer oriented and think of customer needs on individual basis. Hotels booked were not according to my needs that was the saddest part. overall good trip on the bechaes and island. I will not recommend Bangkok as it is very commercial. Road transfer from Karbi to Phuket had awesome scenaries good beaches in Krabi and Phuket and nice weather Patong beach is must in Phuket Poda island is very beautiful in Krabi

It was the awesome time of my life. I m very thankful to travel triangle for giving me such a nice package Every moment of my trip is memorable for me. It is difficult for me to share a singlr one.

The tour was professionally organized by trip dost. Ms. Deepika took special care to check our comfort daily and problem (if any). She responded very quickly whenever we sent any request using what Sapp. On the part of tour agency in Thailand , Ms. Penny and their rep in Phukut and Krabi were very helpful. However we had to wait for about 1 hour for any tour to start as the transport was delayed. I think this needs to be taken care. Overall tour was very enjoyable. I shall rate the organized tours as a. James Bond Island in Phukut b. Phi Phi Island in Phukut c. 4 Island tour in Krabi One must go in Bermuda/half pant and bathroom slippers to these tours. Also take swimming costume. You must also go to fantasia show in Phukut. It is very well organized. Stay wise Krabi is small place and very enjoyable as no roads and traffic. Phukut is city like.

Bangkok or Pattaya hotel was good but Phuket hotel is very very bad after chekin no copration no response

Reliable service from both, Reasonable quote from trip dost, easy communication , fast response. At tour place also good service, as per quote all sights & scenes covers, Bankok hotel to be improved. Pattaya nice hotel with good indian food. Pattaya - Nice beaches, Noong noong garden , Cazar show must visit places. Good arrangement makes your tour more comfortable, memorable. Bankok - Good city tour, open zoo , Budha temple must visit places.

Bangkok is a very nice place for budget shopping, places like Indra square, MBK mall, chatuchak market, night markets........are the best.
