For our trip to Bali, we chose to stay at the Ramayana hotel, and at the Kampoeng villa. The stay at the hotel was pleasant, with friendly staff and great facilities at our disposal. But the stay at the villa was a bit of a let down. We had high expectations for the villa, but unfortunately, it was not upto the mark. The bathroom was not maintained properly, as the faucets had a really bad stench coming out of them and the food options at the villa were limited. Our package also included a candlelit dinner at the grand mirage, but it was the a big let down. First of all, the date in our iternary and the reservations at the hotel did not match, and we wasted an evening, just to be asked, not too politely by the staff,to come at a later date. And when we returned the next day, we wished we hadn't gone there at all. The food served to us was a huge let down. We actually thanked the heavens that the portions served were small!! The rest of the trip however, was really wonderful!! We had an amazing time at Bali. Our travel agent Karthik was of great help to us when planning the trip.

Booking of the package was smooth. Didnt feel good when i landed and first feature was not given and that was sim card. No compensation and no reply from agent. Also, hotels and activities were not planned properly location wise as we spent too much time in traffic. Very important: not much scenic beauty was covered in the package and what we ended up doing was some daily activities in hot weather. Villa services were bad . Overall an ok package i would say. Bad choice of properties. Cruise

He has done an amazing job by suggesting Rio creole in martiuas..all inclusive deal . A perfect place to stay for honeymoon... And d best part of trip that he was always available on phone to assist u in abroad...where ur away from any help ... Thank you so much Abhishek.. Thailand – Phuket & krabi Island: A perfect trip organized by Parth. I got best deal from Travel Triangle and There was no loop hole from the day of inception to the day we ended up with payment. Things were placed at their best from hotel property, transfer, meals and tour points. looking forward for such goods deal in future by him. Light Of India 2 ( Phuket) our daily Dinner destination , Divana Patong Resort & Spa (Phuket), Hotel Ananta Burin (Krabi), Phi Phi Island – Must Visit Spot. Phuket City Tour, James Bond island – The most memorable in all except Four Island trip in Krabi because they charge 400 BHT to each for visit 4 island.

Had a good holiday. The resort was quite good. Had no issues at all throughout the booking process or the holiday at the resort. Everything was pre-paid and I could just focus on having a good time. Having a peaceful time at the beach, sometimes at midnight under the moonlight, right in front of our room at our resort in Maldives.

My trip to Phuket and Krabi in Thailand was super smooth and excellent, all thanks to I Need Trip Travels and Travel Triangle. Pickup and drop to airport during transfers were hassle free. We had a situation with the hotel in Krabi where our pre-booked hotel (The Small Krabi) was in an over-booking situation due to some ongoing construction work. But the hotel staff in The Small Krabi arranged for an upgraded room in Avasea Resort in Ao Nang and also provided us a complimentary dinner! The hospitality we received was excellent. The only thing to mention is that during our trip to James Bond Island, the tour guide (Johny) who picked us up was a bit rude in his behaviour. Rest everything was great! Thanks to Shikha and Abhishek for coordinating during the booking process and thanks to Manoop (Thailand coordinator) for providing assistance during the trip!

Bintan lagoon resorts was excellent. However, the hotel in singapore was the only low point of the trip.
