Very good experience

Many mistakes were done by travel agency ,one of the mistake is the time we arrive in Florence was 2:30pm and the Hop and Hop bus booked for that day at Florence ended at 4 :30 pm, how are we supposed to check in hotel and get on bus and roam around whole city in that one and half hour. They made mistakes in booking breakfast at Milan's hotel we had to pay for that meal again, which was already been paid by me in advance. Travel Agency said they will try to refund that but nothing has been done yet. There were free walking tours in every city which were not given as an option to us by our agent, we had to book them on our own . Hotel in Roam was overbooked and they transferred us to another hotel which was far away from main train station , we had to walk a lot because of that, and the booking agency had no idea about this . There were a lot of misunderstanding during payments due to travel advisors wrong convictions, the messages in travel traingle site were not mode of communication in the beginning we were not even aware of that, due to which we had to pay extra as one of Milan's hotel got cancelled. Loved Italy, very nice , Rome is amazing

You guys should inform the customer about your tour that they really do not know being host or their hospitality because guide and your tour traveling associates are so rude they treat us just their commission for their local merchant. I am really upset and really will not recommend my known to make any package because you guys let us in confusion either you really do not care about the Traveller or you just care only booking but I'm not case we felt being cheated sorry this is not professional do work. The hotel that only let us bring good memories but your tour associates they are fillthy

Don't buy any trip with I need Trip Travels Pvt ltd as they are making fool by giving different hotel while booking for trip nd they have changed it to lower rate hotel on last day as we have no option to cancel or change the trip

All the days planned by Travel triangle agent for our Mauritius trip was perfect for our vacation. As it was our first international trip we had an Hassel free and best memories throughout our trip. We didn't had even a single issue during the travel and stay. Everything was well arranged and we enjoyed all over the journey. I would personally recommend travel traingle and I Need trip agency to my friends and family and also for our next vacation. A big thumps up to you guys. You guys rocked.❤️ The destination was indeed the best for the vacation. Our hotel was the very first things we staisfyed let go our tiredness of 6 hours of flight and rest part the food and and all the arrangements made by them was really a appriciated one. All the our tour plans was also best time we had while exploring the places njoying all our water sports activity was awesome. Overall we had the most memorable and best international trip so far with travel traingle. I wanted to give u a big thanks all of them.

It was my 4th trip by Travel Triangle. Trip was awesome. I had best experience before. This time, hotel rooms were very small. local vendors (Singapore) were very rude and Non cooperative. we could not attend one of the major show because of crowd and mismanagement of local vendor. Also, Universal Studio should not be planned on public holidays or weekends to avoid crowd and get enjoyment of all the rides.

Really bad experience. My flight is rescheduled , so I requested travel agent in India atleast arrange my Airport pickup as per new arrival time in Singapore. But travel agent rudely talked with me and said why her company should spend money for your problem. Nobody helped me in that case. Finally I have arranged cab from airport to Hotel. Really bad experience from I need Trip travels.

Overall experience was OK, not so good. Hotel services was very slow. Rooms were not prepared for honeymoon things that I asked. We had to chase for everything. Further, my travel bookings were reshuffled without my consent and revised itenary was provided to us. Travel guide was not good and was only money oriented person. He took us for his designated location for water sports, shopping etc. and not any place if we want to. Timing for different locations was very bad, beaches did not have time for more than 1 hour however it was the main thing in our itenary. Overall experience was not good and I will not recommend anyone to book package Sunset Cruise and candle light dinner was good memory for me. We have enjoyed a lot during this time.

The trip was good from the beginning.. There were no problem arised during our journey.The travel agent has provided with proper vouchers and assistance. I am satisfied with the agents.. The snorkelling experience under water was the best memories of the trip..
