1) Booked through iNeedtrip travels agency in Travel triangle. One of the worst experience with the agency. After confirming the deal and making payment, no one from iNeedtrip travels agency are bothered about the customer. We need to followup closely as no one takes ownership. I spoke with 5 staff for one travel. WORST management. Staff attitude is very bad. i am saved because of Travel Triangle company executives as they started following it up on my behalf. 2) Experience with Travel Triangle and their company associates is good but not with Agency (i Need trip travels). I personally suggest not to go with them. Choose another agencies with in travel triangle. 3) Hotel in Singapore is very very small (Superior room).. Suggest travellers to check the next higher variant like deluxe or super deluxe which is a minimal additional cost. In SG & MY ACD is the agency who took care of us. They are really professional and good.

An awesome trip. a memorabilia for life time and to make this trip so good and fascinating travel triangle's agent company "I need trips" has helped us a lot. our trip representative Parth was very instrumental in organizing the tour. The hotels , flights , food and for that matter any minutest of details had very well been catered. Big thanks to travel triangle and team of I Need trip for making our this tour so amazing.

arrangements are good but candle light dinner and honeymoon freebies are pathetic.

I feel Holiday Inn resort had a very laid back attitude and on the sunset cruise he staff ended up drinking and eating more than the guess who had paid for it. Maldives is very exoensive The water villa was amazing truly an experience

A well organised trip. Never had any glitches. Right from the airport I had your person assisting us. The hotel Verandah grand bake was super awesome. The sightseeing and the trips were good. special thanks to Rohit from I need trip for his prompt support before the trip. I will definitely recommend I need trip to all my friends. Hotel staff did deny us some complimentary free water rides. but overall very very good. The trip to les aux cerf was truly memorable beautiful beach and water sports. Also the cable light dinner which came as part of honeymoon package was very good.

Travel Agent INeedTrip didn't provide me a valid SIM card for usage which caused me a huge trouble when I travelled overseas. The travel team even didn't respond to us appropriately when queried about the same issue. Also the drop and pickup services to airports were not provided to me as promised. I request travel triangle to take stringent action on those issues, thus preventing any other mess up like this. Coral island was the best we travelled to..

its was a good trip

Travel Agent did not provide all the things as committed...... We were committed a stay at Sri lanka airport during our long haul of around 7 hours ..... but after reaching sri lanka it came to our knowledge no such arrangements has been made ... and when we get in touch with him and explained our problems ... he simply switch off his mobile phone and stop responding ..... which was very unprofessional ... Even at maldives we have schedule our resort transfer from airport at 12 noon so that we can check in on time and enjoy full day ... but when we reach airport we came to know that our transfer was schedule at 4 pm instead of 12 noon ... again when i try to contact him they said that they have sent a mail but hotel management failed to notice that ... and again I was the one who was waiting at airport suffering and wasting my half day ... beautiful place and great ocean ...

Hotel in Pattaya is good but Bangkok it is not good at all.. Travel agents are very helpful and on time

Booking is hassle free. They arranged each and every necessary itenaries to make Mauritius trip memorable. However we didn't get 4 star hotel due to unavailability buy paid the same amount. Secondly the water activities like Kiaks, Laser, Pedal boats which we were supposed to be entertained with Hotel (Tropical Attitude), were not available. Only Glassboat and Snorkeling available, and snorkeling itself is not available for non swimmers (means no guide is available). Other than this experience with Seaside holidays pvt ltd agency at Mauritius, which is arranged by I need trip travels pvt. ltd, was good as well as bad. Many of the itineraries in sightseeing is intentionally missed by Seaside holidays with excuse of time or thefts. Seaside Holidays is absolutely bad in terms of commitments. We book extra water sports activities at Island Aux Cerfs and Southern Island Discovery, and even though they commit and took so much money, we missed Dolphin watch and swimming with them, interaction with wild animals like lions, cubs, etc. Hence they are not committed what they say before taking money. I recommend "I need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd" to not to refer Sea Side holidays as they are not committed to their itineraries. I also suggest "I need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd" to please create a suggestion "Do's and Don'ts" checklist and share it with their travellers in advance. Another subtle thing is Mauritius is having their currency as "Mauritius Rupees" and NOT US dollars, which travel agent told me and written in instructions of itineraries. We lost money in coversions exchanges. The best part of trip is the Hotel staff is very good. Most of them were though natively belongs to Mauritius, but having name Indians : Vikash (chef), "Nitesh (hotel manager), and many others. Our water sports experience was also very good. Though we paid extra, we did Snorkling with guide, we enjoyed cleanest water, the lagoons.

Had a great time.......from the start of my journey ...till the end...everything was taken care of ....very well....arranged. I must mention .....mr .neeraj ...and mr.rahul...my travel agents....who were very helpful and forthcoming with all the details.. I thank both of them ...,for making my trip with famil a memorable one.with the best package deal. The water sports activities were too good.

As communicated to me the seats were reserved on the flight. But were never reserved for any of the 3 flights booked for the whole trip.
