In the Silver Beach resort (Mauritius) very less varieties of vegetarian food was provided (1 or 2 varieties) and the sun chairs near the shore were all reserved, we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the view sitting on the sun chairs. I booked a trip to Mauritius with I Need Trip and it was a grt xperience. Evrythin ws vry gud n according to wat v hv told by our agent.....Parth u realy did a grt job.....thnx a lot

Me & my wife had planned to travel to Singapore & Malaysia from 19 Jan 17 to 27 Jan 17 and had bought all the requisite air tickets. We took the help of Travel Triangle to plan our customized trip. I Need Trip's quotation and tour plan was well worked out and the entire process including visa processing, airport transfers, hotel accommodation and selected sight seeing were very well coordinated. We would like to compliment the staff at I Need Trip, Travel Triangle and the visa expert. In Singapore, we stayed at Hotel Parc Sovereign, Tyrwhitt - nice hotel, good buffet breakfast and the best part was that the hotel provided us with a mobile handset whereby we could make calls to India without any charges. Our trip to Langkawi Island in Malaysia was memorable- the hotel too was very good.

Overall Happy with the Trip and things planned for us but the Hotel in Krabi was really bad... I was expecting a better hotel, at least one with a Lift so that the guests don't carry their luggage four floors.

Had a great experience with Travel Triangle from the beginning till the end. The whole tour was planned systematically by Mr. Ankit & team. Didn't face any problem neither with hotel nor with the cab . Everything was on time and as promised. I would recommend everyone travel triangle for their easy trip. Thanks to Mr. Ankit & team for a great trip. Had great fun on burj khalifa 124th floor, fountain show and Dubai Mall underwater zoo and aquarium.

OUR TRIP TO SIGAPORE WAS ON 24TH TO 30TH JAN 2017.. THE TRIP WAS WELL PLANNED BY I NEED TRIP AND TRAVEL TRIANGLE.. AND THE TANIYA WAS VERY CALM AT EVERY POINT AND THE SATEDRA BHAI FOR THE VISA APPROVAL.. THANKS ATON TO THIS TEAM AND THEIR MEMBERS. PICKUP AND DROP TIME WAS PUNCTUAL... BUT MY HOTEL {PARC SOVEREIGN -TYRWHITT ROAD}. WAS IN AVERAGE. ROOMS ARE REALLY VERY SMALL WHICH SEEMS INTO THE PICTURE ON GOOGLE.... OVERALL TRIP WAS GOOD. SENTOSA ISLAND.. SPEND WHOLE TWO DAY IN THIS IF YOU HAVE THE TIME. AND SEPERATE DAY FOR UNIVERSAL STUDIO WHICH IS REALLY AMAZING.

We booked a Dubai trip with this agent. They were very prompt in calling and talking before the trip was booked but once it was booked it was a downhill. Starting from going back on promised 1 month visa which is INR 6000k to giving us a 96 hr visa which is INR 4500 stating we do not have a written communication from them on this. It was clearly discussed with Ankit their agent in advance. I thought of cancelling the trip but the cancellation charges were more than the trip amount itself!! Something travel triangle should see else being just an aggregator would not get you anywhere. We can take the agents contact from your site and book directly then right? Agents would negotiate also better that way which they don't right now saying they have to pay a fees to you guys- Travel Triangle. Anyways coming back to our very badly managed trip. We still went ahead with this agent but then again goof up happened in Dubai. At Dolphinarium we were denied child ticket saying its not mentioned in the itinerary sent by them to their Dubai travel agent even though this is clearly mentioned in the chats on travel triangle and discussed with Bhavay the travel agent so many times before. I mentioned this thing again on the chat on the site but yet to even get a courteous call for inconvenience caused to us there. We had to stand in line and buy a child ticket on our own with our own money even though it was already paid for in the total package cost. Btw no call from travel triangle guy Mukesh Sharma as well to even explain what went wrong. Really disappointed in them. This is my 3rd booking through travel triangle but last now. Also would not recommend this agent to anyone. DO NOT GO FOR THEM.

Travel Triangle is good and initially i had booked my trip with I Need Trip and Gauravji was my coordinator. Later he left his job and Mr.Bhavay came into the picture and from then the problem started. I had asked Bhavay a million times about the documents and formalities and he said that all things are set. When I reached the airport at the check in counter I and my wife were not given the boarding pass as Mr.Bhavay has not given us "Ok to Board" which is required for Fly Dubai. It was a huge stress on me and when I called Bhavay he said he will call back in 5 minutes but he called back after an hour with lame excuses. I literally had to beg the airlines to allow me and somehow managed. Then I got call back from Bhavay and to my surprise he didnt even remember from where I was travelling. He knew nothing. I and my wife requested all the airline officials to allow us. Now coming to the scenario after Gaurav left the job and Bhavay came in ..I had to explain all things again to him in detail whatever i had planned with Gaurav.. I requested Mr. Bhavay several times to talk to Gaurav directly and take the update from him rather than asking me because as a customer its not my responsibility if their employee leaves for which Bhavay never cared. Then when i asked for my itinerary Bhavay gave a blunt reply that " He will try to give it but can't guarantee" I was like taken aback. I have booked my trip after finalizing the itinerary and now you say that you will try??? then somehow after a lot of requests he gave me that itinerary. VISA coordinator of I Need Trip Mr. Setender was very professional and nice. Yashika Grover of Travel Triangle was supportive, Gaurav the old employee was good but Mr. Bhavay was very careless. He didn't even care when we were not given the boarding pass at the airport. I was standing at the airport extremely tensed begging the airlines to allow us, Mr.Bhavay didn't even know from which city I was travelling and didn't help me out. Overall I would say.. I need trip is good, Travel triangle is good but in case you discussing with Mr.Bhavay of I need Trip then be very careful you are in wrong hands. Thank you Travel triangle and I need trip but Mr.Bhavay you shouldn't be so careless about customers. Was not allowed to board the flight because of the carelessness of Bhavay. Had to followup with him so many times for everything. Very late response to everything
