I am back from my wonderful vacation. i wanted to take this opportunity to write in a special note of thanks to you all for all your efforts, time and energy spent in making my family vacation a great success:)... The planning was impeccable and i was amazed by the responsiveness and the coordination that the team members displayed through out the planning phase. My vacation was a great hit, even though it was our first trip abroad i must mention the run through was so very smooth that not even for a single second did i feel lost or confused. I want to specially thank Urvi & Shalini from I need trip who devoted too much of their time and energy in helping me plan my vacation. I am sure i was way too picky and choosy at times but thanks a lot girls your assistance was simply remarkable. I have already started planning for my next vacation, and this time i am very sure of who to reach out for my travel planning:)... Everything was like a cakewalk.. Right from initial quotes from vendors/travel agency to the quality of travel agents and finally to the trip to Bali.. Everything as per plan/schedule. Tanah Lot Temple - Absolutely fabulous view.. Must visit for anyone visiting Bali...

We were 5 couples and booked a trip to Europe by I Need Trip, we travelled to Rome, Venice, Amsterdam and Venice. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed every bit of it. All the arrangements done by Taran were top notch and hassle free. Even during the trip Taran made sure we did not face any problems. All the guided tours were very nicely conducted and all of the tour operators were professionals and helping. Taran made sure that all our pickups were on time and of top quality The best tour was Volendam visit in Amsterdam, we missed the tour in the morning for which the voucher were booked but we were given an afternoon tour without any additional charges. Overall, apart from a few VISA hassles I would rate I Need Trip to be a very good agency to book tours to Europe. They know the place well and people in their office are very helping and reachable at all times especially Taran and Bhavay.
