Hi, Thanks to Gaurav (from I NEED TRIP TRAVELS PVT LTD), It was a wonderful holiday trip to Maldives and the Paradise Resort is an awesome place. Thanks for taking care of everything.

Thanks to you and INT for amazing experiences at Dubai. Please find a few feedbacks below. - Timings were maintained perfectly on all pickups and dropoffs. Appreciate this. - I had Dubai Mall + Burj Khalifa in the evening, and the timeslot given for me at Burj Khalifa was 9:00 PM. The return pickup was 9:30 PM, so I wouldn't make back on time and decided to take the taxi later that day from Dubai Mall. There should be at least 1 hr of a gap after Burj Khalifa slot. - My experience at the hotel was not that good. It was not at all negative and work if the budget for hotel is less. Though to have an overall good vacation, I would not recommend this hotel. Specifically, the hospitality and responsiveness were not good and sometimes you need to remind them a couple of times. - Food at Dhow Cruise and Dessert Safari was Okay and can be made better. - Agents have responded quickly with full affirmation for any concern. Appreciate this. - Dubai city tour was well with a knowledgeable guide. I feel that it can be enhanced by adding a few important places - Bastakia house, Saeed Al Maktoum House, and others. It is fine if the package would go high but usually, a person travels once in a while. Overall, it was altogether new experience in the new country, and I would like to thanks INT team to make it mesmerizing experience within my budget, Thanks! Looking forward towards the next vacation...!

Travel traingle agents can be more reslonsive and increase availability on phone. We had to escalate multiple times to reach to the agent when there was an issue. Rest I need trip travels was good. The main agent Shashank is good. The ops dept has several areas of improvement. They should keep track of booking status ( one of our tours was cancelled and they did not know). Overall they were good Nd resolved issues..but needed follow ups Lucerne lake cruise, Jungfrau, Rome- Vatican Sistine chapel basilica, Paris - Eiffel tour, Lido, seine river cruise

I was interacting with Ms. Nupur Malik from INeedTrip, and she had planned our trip very well! Her timely suggestions helped me in planning my trip just the way we wanted! We had planned for 4 Nights - Bali and 3 Nights in Kuala Lumpur. She was very willing to accommodate all my last minute requests. I had added Melakka city tour, just a day before my trip and I got a very timely response. During our trip, everything was executed as per the itinerary with no hiccups. Our guide and driver in Bali, Mr. Dev was very friendly and was keen in showing us the places! He was very knowledgeable and was always ensuring we had the best experience there! Very nice experience with I need trip . I have booked my resorts and transfers and excursion through travel triangle from I need trip. Whatever they promised was provided on time . No need to call them back or get after them . Whatever They said was present at the proper time. Ms. Archana guided us well in choosing everything and providing the best quote. The resort that I chosen in Mauritius was very nice only problem was that the food was very bad for Indian vegetarian ppl. And the services are slow. Rest all is fine (ambiance , room, cleanliness, property, beaches )

Destination : Singapore Date: 16.09.2018 - 20.09.2018 I Need Trip Travels Pvt Ltd .. it's not only a name for me .. It's just a synonyms of faith .
