Best of best with respect to Singapore trip with family. Appreciate travel triangle for best offer and seamless process(good communication/ follow up) in a very short time. Thanks to team . Malaysia trip was ok ok. But hotel was great in Malaysia also. Overall very good experience. First international trip , every movement spent in Singapore and Malaysia with family was very memorable.

Trip and location was good but trip guidance and agent responsiveness was really bad.

Lovely and amazing trip. Spent 7 days at the paradise island and lived each and every moment to the fullest... Only the north tour was a bit disappointing, however the Catraman cruise and the scuba made up for that.. Solana Beach resort was also extremely welcoming and a brilliant place to stay :) Thank you travel triangle for such a fun filled trip:) Would definitely recommend this tour to everyone wanting an awe-inspiring vacation :) Catemeran cruise and ile aux cerfs

1. significant inconvenience was caused due to non-delivery of the promised sim card. Had we been told we could have made our arrangements for the same via martrix/ other temporary sim. 2. the iteneary was changed without informing us. We had to visit locations which we had specifically wanted to avoid while chosing the itenerary, and miss out on a location we had specifically signed up for, just because the local agency had framed their own itenerary disregarding our selection. 3.It was not a customised trip as promised. It was like a group tour package. 4. the Indian agent was unavailable on calls, and not responding to messages during the trip causing avoidable inconvenience. She was polite and professional though, but that was only when we could get her to respond to our calls. But for the above, it was a good experience. The cab timings were very prompt and service was professional. The hotel location and facilities were good.

I had been to Mauritius during Feb 2018 by booking package through Travel Triangle. Rahul from “I need trip travels pvt ltd” explained about the package very clearly and recommended “Tropical attitude” resort which turned to be a perfect stay . It would be great if you do frequent follow ups and help us to Plan the trip . After the initial payment was done , I didn’t see follow ups from your side . The can service in the resort wasn’t good . The driver was not waiting even for 5 mins . They don’t even call us at room and inform . On the first day , they returned without informing us when we were eating in a hotel and we had to walk about 2 km to reach resort . The resort was very good . Even the service and staff were very good . Only thing was they don’t provide Indian food . Overall it was great experience

travel agent has not refunded total amount of Visa fees. As there was Visa fees of 8800 and travel agent has refunded only 6000 rupees kindly look into this. I want refund as soon as possible.

We had a nice trip barring a few things which really spoiled the mood and the purpose of the vacation. Mauritius as a destination was very beautiful, with beautiful landscapes and beaches. Sea water in Mauritius is simply mesmerizing, u can just sit on the beaches and listen to the waves crashing on the shores for as long as u wish. About the bummers in our vacation, I would suggest anyone going for the honeymoon, not to opt for the package, please get it customized and don't opt for SIC transfers, either opt for a private cab or a self driven car. Get your package done only through the agent who can help you before hand in getting ur transfers arranged, rather than pushing you for SIC transfers. Despite confirming for the pick up times several times nbefore making the booking, we were forced for early pick up of 8 am, wrong commitment was made that no pick up would be earlier than 9 am. When we arrived at the airport, we were handed over a schedule for daily pickups. But, our driver for two days made it even worst, he was rude and non considerate. The drivers would stick to their clock and won't hesitate to leave u behind stranded. We even had a couple with a kid traveling in the coach and our very rude driver had a strict non smoking, drinking and eating policy, which even had to be adhered by the kids as well. On our tour to Ile Aux Cerf, we had water sport activities, it was a long two hour drive from our hotel, followed by another 3 to 4hours of indulgence in various activities, package had a lunch included which was to be served following the activities. Activities were tiring as well but our Uber generous (pun intended) driver just took the lunch packages in the coach and asked us to board and get going for the other destination, as already told we were not allowed to have food in the coach we just had no option but to wait for arrival at the other destination. We were allowed to have lunch only after 4pm after a Pick up of 8 am. Such was the courtesy of the driver. He was always in hurry.. SIC transfers have very limited and fixed stops. It would be better if you opt for a private cab or a self driven car. On our day for the south island tour we were provided with a cab, but we shared it with a lady and her two kids.. I don't believe anyone out for their honeymoon would prefer such kind of company for a whole day.. Although rest of the drivers were good. Our hotel, Outrigger Resort and Spa, was in the southern most part of the island, although the property was good with ample facilities and open area but the traveling time was quite long from there. Anyone planning should consider for stay in the western part of the island which is closer to all the tourist places, clubs and the city. Also the room service was a bit slow, it usually used to take anything between 30 to 45 minutes even to deliver the drinking water on a regular basis. Honeymoon freebies included in the package needs to be booked well in advance, else there is very little chance that u would get the opportunity to enjoy them, it was really difficult to get the bookings done at the hotel. Despite my regular request to the travel agent to book the activities before departure from Delhi, it was not done by them. I was assured every time that it will be done easily upon your arrival at the hotel. There were many good moments but the Best would be the Outrigger Resort and Spa, property was really good. Must visit would be Casela national park, catamaran cruise, Ile Aux Cerf and Ganga Talao.

Response after all the payments could have been better.

The whole trip was a magical experience. There were no unforeseen surprises or hiccups. Everything was planned ahead for us. Sincere thanks to Gaurav from ineedtrips , he was instrumental in making our trip a smooth experience.

I had my own doubts while surfing for deals from Travel triangle but the model impressed me of getting personalized trip expenses quotes from multiple vendors whom you can interact via chat and keep planning. I booked my sight seeins trip for Dubai via travel triangle and Pankaj from I need trip was my PoC for the entire planning. Very patient , very informative and worked out best deal for me in my budget. Always prompt on response any time of the day. I trust now travel triangle because of its ease of usage and pankaj mainly. On reaching from day #1 till airport drop things were on time everytime. Couldnt have got better first time experience in this site and I need trip you rocks.. anybody who is first time user here , dont hestiate to book via I Need trip.

First half of the Trip was well managed but second half was a kind of effort for us to sort things. though it was a good experience.. Parth helped us a lot before the trip. whole trip was memorable
