the trip was good, but could have been better, it was well planned still i think for singapore one needs more time to visit. drivers were on time and their behaviour was good. hotel was not good the rooms were small.

I was expecting alot from the trip. Honeymoon trips are memorable. But would want the itinerary to be prepared considering the fact the traveller is on honeymoon, so everything should be well placed. The travel agency should at least communicate the hotel that newly wed couple is coming. It wasn't communicated in my case, so the hotel people did not do anything special for us , they told us they were not told. I spent 1500 Rs to get the setup done which made my wife extremely happy(I expected this to be done when we reached). Itinerary wasn't wisely planned. Spa before a full fledged hectic day made us feel really sleepy, It could be done the day we reached. Travelling with I need Trip I realised one should not rely on offline communications, make everything in black and white on the itinerary else it will be skipped. Villa doesn't look to be safe, in fact alam puri villa was a bit scary. Private pool wasn't private enough. Kartik has done a fair job in making the itinerary but would expect more of effort should be given while creating the itinerary. Monkey forest is a bad bet for honeymooners when there are so many places to visit like spring temple, elephant caves,Kopika coffee plantations. Rather then giving someone to notorious monkeys , one should plan these places. Under water sea walk was not added to my itenrary stating it will cost around 1000 Rs,but in reality it costed me $120 for 2 people(wrong info provided earlier). Advice would be one should do some homework , you cannot fully rely on a travel agent. But overal if you carry around $500 with you, you can still enjoy the trip as people in Bali are very helpful. Our Driver helped us alot in changing the itinerary else it would have been a mess. Good place to visit, with alot of peace.

Was bit of afraid before booking trip with travel triangle and I need trip. But the trip was above above my expectations. Trip was very well planned and well organized as well. All representatives in Singapore were nice. I would like to thank SAURABH from I need trip for solving all my queries and planning this trip. He replied to all my queries without any delay. Would recommend Travel triangle and especially "I need trip" to anyone looking for awesome trip and that too budget friendly. Thanks guys. Will definitely plan another vacation with your platform..

Trip Coordinator - Rahul Rana Places visited: Dubai and Mauritius Duration of Trip: 10 nights and 11 days I'll start with planning part for my trip. In the earlier phases I had some obvious choices in my mind. Amongst the top were either a 3 city tour of Europe, Mauritius and Maldives. Since the inclinations were more towards natural scenic beaches we were more biased towards Mauritius/Maldives. Having discussed with Mr. Rahul we were suggested to include Dubai as part of our trip as the prices for airfare did not differ much if we included it in our Mauritius trip as compared to Maldives. This proved to be a really nice decision as our trip had a nice spectrum of the developed and nice areas of Dubai to the serene natural aspects of Mauritius. After the location planout I was in constant touch with Mr Rahul for my queries and we were nicely guided for all the procedures including the visa process, agent interaction, meeting point and of course the currency queries. Just a day before a I got a personal call from Mr. Rahul himself guiding all the necessary documents I may require. Upon reaching Dubai I had literally zero trouble in finding the person to pick us up. We were nicely informed about all the procedures for the coming 4-5 days in Dubai. The best part of this and the upcoming trip was the tickets that were booked in Advance. We were totally delighted by the zero-queue experience we had. Be it for the majestic Burj Khalifa or the peaceful Dhow cruise, all our experiences were seamless. We had proper and clean transfers throughout our journey. The guides in bus were quite informative about the places we could visit while in our free time to go on a shopping spree. The next stop in our destination was Mauritius. The experience in Dubai set an expecation from Mauritius as well which was nicely met. On reaching Mauritius we were nicely greeted at the Hotel. I'll applaud Mr. Rahul for suggesting us the right hotel for us as we being total pure Vegeterians. We were totally comforted by the Indian dinner being served there. All the excursions and trips were planned and right on spot in Mauritius as well. We loved the internary planned as per our needs as we wanted some level of personal exploration which was nicely taken care of. We were also provided private tranfers in Mauritius which helped us spend adequate time at roughly all the places. Also for our return journey we had to book an advance vegeterian meal which was smoothly taken care of by just a what's app message to Mr. Rana. In totality the entire trip was really well planned and even more nicely executed. We faced no problems at all and the service totally splendid. Hats off to Travel Triangle and I need trip for the planning, support and coordination around the entire trip. Special thanks to Mr Rahul for his dedication and support. The services we received matched every word as promised on day 1.

It was our second trip with I Need Trip. It was amazing Thailand trip that we have completed on 27th November 2017. We have covered Pattaya and Bangkok in our trip. I would like to appreciate the efforts of Parth from I Need Trip. He had taken special efforts and selected the nice properties for us in both Pattaya and Bangkok. Itinerary was well planned and even well executed. One suggestion is that to include Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in the trip itinerary, it was wonderful experience to visit this place. Food was good throughout the trip. Overall Satisfying experience. I will definitely recommend I Need Trip to my family and friends. Kudos to I Need Trip team.

Every thing went well, I need trip travels were always helpful in clarifying queries, people like Karthik and Bhavay were always reachable.

Overall a good trip, though I had to upgrade the vouchers for certain days and pay extra.

So we came across Travel Triangle website one random day & I decided to give it a try. We were put in touch with our travel agent Karthik. He immediately made an itinerary for us. And was a good help during the process. 1. The hotels given by travel triangle were outstanding. Beautiful properties & great locations. The breakfast buffet which was included in the package was great except at our 3rd place of stay The Bali dream villa. The breakfast here was strictly average. 2. My advice to travllers would be to read up & research about the things they want to do in Bali & to customise their itinerary as per that. For eg: We were interested in sea walking & spending few nights in Ubud (both were not included in the itinerary given and we customised it as per our wish) and it was totally worth it. 3. In terms of the romantic candlelight dinner on beach that was included in the package by travel triangle, it was a total waste. The cuisine was indian plus even after clarifying (multiple times) that we want non veg we were given a deal for veg food. We were ready to pay extra for non veg but that didn't happen either because the hotel had got our vouchers for veg food. The food here was disappointing (Grand Mirage) but the property & it's location by the beach was beautiful. Also we were really looking forward to trying out their local cuisine which didn't happen during that meal. 4. The spa that was included in the package (m spa) was a total waste. The masseuse didn't spend enough time & was busy talking throughout while giving the massage. Though the spa is located in one of the prime areas of Nusa Dua, travel triangle should really reconsider sending people there. 5. Another place which was not included in the itinerary and is a must go place is Jimbaran Bay in seminyak. Beautiful shacks by the beach and amazing sea food is something which should not be missed. 1. Sea walking 2. River Rafting- Ubud 3. Jimbaran Bay 4. WaterBom Bali

— Hotel was not informed that we are on our honeymoon. Due to this we missed the valuable complimentary services at the Hotel. — A pre-paid sim, as included in the package, was never provided. Apart from the above, everything was organized and well managed. Thank you for your services. :)

trip was good and comfortable. received all things as promised. only negative point was the room of the hotel was very small even after booking a 4 star property and the same buffet for breakfast almost everyday. best part was the time at UNIVERSAL STUDIOS and NIGHT SAFARI

Overall arrangment was good. Pick is time to time. Very superb and memorable experience. Will definitely go next trip with Travel Triangle and I need . Thanks to both of you Dessert safari and Bollywood theme park was memorable...!!!

overall well arranged trip as our requirements but we had a few hiccups in the start where they were confusion and no follows from the vendor.but trip was fantastic and very memorable ... Disneyland and ocean park
