Our trip was very well coordination by the travel agent and our driver from start to finish. Our driver was a very experienced guy and gave us a lot of information about the various places we visited. Our ride for the trip was also very spacious and comfortable. Our tour guide com driver bhairab was very good. He took personal care in organising the trip based on our preference of time, type of food and ease of communication. He was helpful in guiding the tour for the elderly family member who was in the tour with us so that she too was comfortable and took the right choices for sightseeing locations suitable for elderly. The car was very comfortable. We were a group of six members and there was plenty of room to relax ourselves in the car during the journey. The hotel yaatri suite in kathmandu and temple tree resort in phokara gave us a pleasant stay. We celebrated our parents 25th anniversary in phokara. It was great feeling to enjoy it in a resort with amazing weather in phokara. Gupteshwar caves was breath taking experience especially the waterfall at the end of the caves was worth the efforts of going all the way till the end!

Hotels were not up to the mark..however post intimation hotels were upgraded. Travel planner was reponsive through out our journey and tried his level best to meet our expectations. Cab driver was very good and he was well versed with the routes.however to have wow experience, it would have been better if he could share a brief about the places we visited. Hotel club himalaya booked at Nagarkot was awesome with a fabulous view of sun rise. We enjoyed a lot at Mankamna Temple and Chandra giri hills. Both these places are well maintained./located. Paragliding at Pokhara was a truly "Wow" experience.

Snowyoda travels by Sumit did an awesome job of taking good care of us. We hada challenge with Shangri-la at Katmandu. Amit was quick enough to rebook us at Shambala which is an awesome hotel. Similarly, the hotels Temple tree at Pokhra n Country villa were excellent. The car with the driver was good. Driver was very helpful. Overall experience was excellent. Delivered as promised. Only point I want to point out that the Driver should be aware of local points of interests although our driver was VG in conduct n driving but he lacked as mentioned. Probably he had been recruited lately. Otherwise it was a memorable experience n photos shared in FB evoked lot of interest among our circle. Manokamna temple n Pokhra stay even though we missed Phewa lake activities due to rain.
