We had very good experience and Prateesh from Vihaar Hospitality is very response to our calls and care he has taken care is awesome. Munnar and houseboat @ alleppey were good.

Very short notice our plan is finalised after discussion with Vihaar Hospitality-Suja madam.17th Jan to 20 th Jan 2016 our tour plan cochin-Munnar-Thekkady- kumaragom -Cochin.First day I told Vihaar Hospitality- Cab should available at 6am in the morning but Cab was at the Hotel at 4.30am itself. Everyday min. one call was there from Suja madam regarding our travel whereabouts.In Munnar- Archanna Residency instead of extra bed ,provided River view 3 bed room suit -neat , clean and Breakfast was neatly arranged and very good .In Thekkady-Blooming Paradise provided us Superior room, location of the Hotel is good .It is ok. Kumaragom- Manor Backwater resort is good with swimming pool,TT and Gym. Location our room is also good.Breakfast was just o.k Memorable experience for my family.Cab driver Devan become part of our family. Thanks for Travel Triangle for providing 3 good tour operators.Selected Vihaar hospitality for specific reason.

Travel Agent from Travel Triangle should be more response to Queries not that the client should follow up again and again to know the details.

We took the 6 day package from Vihaar hospitality. Travelling to Kerala through Vihaar hospitality was a good decision. The team took continuous feedback at every destination. Quality of Cab and Driver was excellent. Hotels in Munnar and Kovalam were very nice. Rest of the hotels were good. I appreciate that the Kovalam hotel asked the Spice preference in meals.

After booked with Vihar Hospitality, they changed my hotel in Munnar and Thekkady. I was anxious for that. But after travel, I realized both changes was good. I am satisfied with hotels, cab, driver and service provide by driver cum guide. We are satisfied with our tour and service provided by Vihar Hospitality. Cab and Driver (Mr. Vinod) was excellent. He is very co-operative and friendly.

please book your holidays by the reputed agency or own booking,vihar hospitality promise the accommodation for three star but provide the room like dharm shala no any star,(only provide three star hotal in munnar and alleappy boat only) driver behavior is very bad he is not co operative.over all i feel vihar hospitaliy cheated me.i have video for all hotal ,show the realty of tour,and if you want i share with you for your futhere improvement.thanks
