We had a great experience for the Kerala tour, Ms. Chitra helped us to plan a great trip and Mr. Praveen was driver during our tour, he was very helpful supportive and nice.

Vihaar Hospitality representative was very kind while speaking and was taking care of end customer by calling me before, during and after the trip. It was great experience. Right from booking to concluding of the trip everything was as per arrangements. Suja had coordinated our trip. She used to be always in our touch and was keen to know if we had any problems related to the travel, stay etc. Suja is very kind & cooperative. I want to share my one experience: we landed at Kochin & there is some miss understood in hotel booking. I called Suja and told her the problem. After knowing she expressed her apology and immediately coordinated with the local staff and got the other hotel with upgrated. Also, her boss called me and said sorry and ensured improvement in overall service thereafter. House boat experience was beautiful. Houseboat food is not so good hence we all felt uncomfortable. Food was ok. Driver was good but he not explained very well due to language issue and he showed us all the good restaurant, places and explained about the important things about each place. Thanks to Traval Traingal - Vihaar Hospitality for arranging all the things good manner. The location is very good and the resort is very huge and since it is an island it is quite calm. There is a boat service provided to take you to the beach. The beach is quite nice, but the downside is you cannot get in to the beach as it is very rough. If you like your resort next to the beach in which you can play this is not your choice and i did not know about that. So we had to go to Kovalam to play in the beach. The estuary garden view room is quite spacious, i do suggest this room. I stayed for 4 days and the buffet breakfast options does not change much. It is really good to walk around the resort at night as it is next to river and no traffic or people outside resort. They do server beer and wine in there and is quite reasonable rates. Other than unable to play in the beach i liked every bit of the resort. The driver Naseer was very helpful. Vihar hospitality took good care of the booking and all the other aspects of it. Just a small glitch, The day we had entered the resort the room booked to us was a cottage and since the hotel was full they split the cottage in to two, i mean this was really bad, there was a common door between the two rooms. The complete payment was done a week ago and still the room on day one was pathetic. Later i called up the representative of the vihaar and after speaking for 2-3 hours in the holiday time, they could not help about the room. They promised that next day they would give me a better room and that they did; I was really happy about that. i just wanted to let people know that please confirm your not just room but even your room number this will avoid such confusions and frustrations in the future.

hospitality was excellent in all hotels as well as food. All booking arrangements were properly done by Vihaar (Ms. Suja) Our trip was very smooth and all hotels were very comfortable. Jeep Safari at Munnar was adventurous exp House boat in Alleppy was the great experience.

While we were traveling, we found that the vehicle condition inside was pathetic, I mean the seats were not maintained properly. Since our travel was for 4 hours it was not an enjoyable travel. When we reached the hotel, I called Suja and told her the problem. After knowing she expressed her apology and immediately coordinated with the local staff and got the vehicle changed. Also, her boss called me and said sorry and ensured improvement in overall service thereafter. House boat experience was beautiful. Houseboat was ok but many lizards were there hence we all felt uncomfortable. Food was ok. Driver was good and he showed us all the good restaurant, places and explained about the important things about each place. good trip.. well managed by chitra from Vihaar Hospitality. munnar is good place i would not recommend for stay in houseboat.
