I am Rajesh from Hyderabad.....recently I have been to Kerala with family for a vacation. This I wouldn't say a review but a good memory for me. After posting my package requirement in so many online portals and so much of confusion to choose the best finally I have received a call from 'Vihar Hospitality' (through TRAVEL TRIANGLE) the local travel office in Kerala they have provided me with the best Quote & Travel Plan. Me as a common person after so much of verification finally agreed to go with this and when checked with my friend who previously been there suggested me that this was the best deal... As i was travelling with an Infant have informed them the same and they have promised me that they are going to provide best accomodation, vehicle & driver as informed they have provided me with the best Hospitality services in all. I am really thankful to 'Suja' madam of Vihar Hospitality who assisted me in customizing the package and providing me the best of the best. The places covered are Athiripally Falls, Munnar, Thekkady, Allepey, Cochin, Guruvayur total of 6 days & 5 nights and special thanks to driver Kannan for his kindness and good customer service. The best thing I have done is selecting the right thing from the right people which made me remember so many memories... Thanking you....Vihar Hospitality for this...

I was extremely satisfied with Viha Hospitality people Ms.Suja has proven to be very courteous and helpful from the very beginning, The driver is very professional and friendly, except Alleppy the accomodations are simply superb. All r good food is also good outside and hotel my memorable trip Munnar and allephy is my memorable trip driver binu is so nice person

Though pricey, it was fantastic service from travel triangle and vihaar hospitality, they were genuine and supportive through out the trip.

Vihaar travel agent was really good, chithra coordinated everything perfectly, we enjoyed the trip, over all our experience was great and had a lovely trip Munnar was awesome and the boat trip was excellent

I enjoyed the trip thoroughly,the driver was very patient and friendly,I would like to thank whole of the crew Babu (driver)suja and Chitra who made ur trip most memorable.house boat stay was not that comfortable as the boat is not so tidy we killed a cockroach too.please take care about dat apart from dat the trip was fantastic Munnar I loved the place

The overall experience is quite good except experience for hotel black forest....restaurant service is not up to the mark ... The atmosphere of munnar was superb and the location of aleppy back water was superb.....and the friendly nature of taxi driver was excellent...we enjoyed his company....and specially assistance and hospitality from vihar hospitality is very good....

Thanks for Travel Triangle and Vihar hospitality for arranging good trip. Our Driver Mr.Unni Krishnan was good and he guided us to all places and he was so patience. Ms.Suja & Ms.Chithra was our tour coordinator's. Green ridge Rooms and breakfast was good. we got disappointed with Sri Krishna houseboat. Rooms were ugly, no proper water facility, full of flies and cockroach's in rooms. also our chk in and chk out time is 12.00 noon to 9.00 am.. but we checked in at 1.30 pm, Theybdrove boat for half an hour and again they halted for 1 hr (from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm (saying lunch time for boat driver)) nxt day mrng they hurried us chk out at 8.30 am itself. pls don't suggest sri Krishna houseboat for next guest. other than this, our tour was awesome.

We had a memorable experience in our honeymoon trip. Cab driver Afsal yousef was kind and made time management to visit places. Totally services was good. Witout any problems we had a memorable honeymoon. Houseboat in allepy and munnar sightseeing.

It was really an awesum & memorable trip, me & my wife enjoyed a lot...Special thanks to Suja (from Vihaar hospitality) for clearing all my doubts related to booking. Hotels were neat & clean. Only concern i had with the driver [DRIVER: SHYAM, PH: 08547943659,VEH NUM: KL-41-G-3371], since he has a great tie-up with jeep safari & wonder world he was keep on insisting us since day one though i clearly said we are not interested, we didn't liked his attitude when we didn't opt for jeep safari. Overall we had a hassle free trip. Munnar & Backwater houseboat.
