Hi All, Excellent trip organised by Ebrahim Travels and their team it was our honeymoon tour which went fantastic, all the activities were planned very smoothly by the travel agent. all the team members were very helpful. During the trip, we have lost our Smartphone at one of the Art Gallerie. the team members interacted and made the phone arranged next day a special thanks to them for that.all the team coordination was smooth, we use to get a day prior updated about the place we will be going with all the driver details. Had a wonderful trip experience ,we enjoyed a lot.

Everything was good. Except the city tour of Dubai... An unorganized driver was sent. We didn't enjoy that at all. The hotel provided to us in Abu Dhabi wasn't great either. Other than that everything was fine.

Mr Ali Ebrahim has made excellent arrangements all along the Dubai family tour for our two families. The Air tickets, pick and drops, local sightseeing, entry tickets, visa, accomodation in excellent hotel all were fabulous. If one gets such a nice travel service, one can think of more tours in coming years. Bikram Singh

we had a tour of Dubai through Ebrahim travels which was guided by Mr. Ali Asgar. me and my wife enjoyed a lot our these 6 days and 5 nights trip and the accommodation and food was really awesome .and very special thank to Mr. Ali asgar who is available for us regarding any concern. The service provided was satisfactory except return flight time booked. While going & return breakfast & lunch not booked. So we r not aware of that, so had some problem. Dubai city, one has to see in life.

Dubai First of all I would like to mention the Ali name who was actually helping me and making this trip memorable. Whenever I called him always reachable and same way Ali team from Dubai supported very well. Round a clock support whenever required. I would extremely recommend and suggest to opt the Ali team who make this trip memorable. Few of the glimpse, whatever they promised during package I got it exact same even beyond that like Airport pick and drop vehicle was luxury one, Dubai city tour bus quality was very good, similarly Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall Acquarium, Dhow cruise Marina, Desert Safari and Camping was very good. Looking forward to talk and will contact to get the Dubai trip in upcoming future. Keep up the same zeal and thanks for your patience Ali, I know how many times I called you and replied very politely. This is my honeymoon trip and appreciate the way Ali orchestrated my trip.

I would definitely recommend Ebrahim tours. Everything for our Dubai trip was arranged so perfectly by Mr. Ebrahim, including the hotels we stayed and the itenary he designed for us. He was very supportive in every aspect. We were 5 of us including my 3.5 year old son and I would like to highlight that even he enjoyed a lot with us. Meanwhile I just wanted to customize my itinerary and Mr. Ali had modified the Iternary as i mentioned. The best thing about Ebrahim Travels is that they have a branch in Dubai as well, who take care of all my activites and visits. They remain in constant touch with me throughout the trip. It was an awesome trip. Loved the hospitality of the Citymax hotel and the way trip was planned with us. I just have one suggestion that travel agent should make more attempts to build a better communication channel with clients and do regular follow-ups with them before the travelling dates.
