Well, I had an overall seamless experience with travel triangle. Right from choosing the travel agent to executing the trip. Mr. Ali from Ebrahim travels is highly professional and helped a lot. He is highly recommended to anyone who is planning to go to Dubai. It was perfectly coordinated itinerary with everything in order. We just had to get ready, sit in the car and enjoy. Everything else was taken care by the agency. Once again, thanks travel triangle team for meeting expectations.

Dubai is an amazing destination, Had a wonderful trip to Dubai as our agent was from Ebrahim Travels. What a great team in Dubai you have who made our trip a big success. Thanks to everyone. A WhatsApp group for easy coordination was thr. Everything was well organized. They were patient enough to clear all our pre-trip doubts and offered us with suitable advice whenever needed. Thanks for your timely response n patience whenever I asked you something. Thanks for making our trip according to our own choice which exactly suited. All the cab n bus transfers were great too. Great choice of hotel Citimax, highly recommended. The only issue we faced that the room provided by the hotel, was a smoking room and we are non-smokers, hence all the time we get cigarette\cigar smell inside the room, which was really bad, we asked the reception to change but they didn't as there were no rooms available on that time. One more thing I want to add that, we went to gulf\Dubai but we didn't go to any mosque. But it was included in the city tour. We had a great time. Looking forward to future trips with your Team. Every memory is great and for our lifetime.

Hotel staff was not cooperative , construction going on just near the room & staff is not ready to change the room service is so so. Desert saffari

Had a wonderful trip to Dubai as our agent was Mr Ali from Ebrahim Travels , we planned our trip on the last moment and he handled everything so professionally, we left all our things on him and he made our trip really remarkable and up to the mark. I would really recommend everyone to choose them. Traveling on private basis everywhere specially to Desert safari by Mr Yaqub (Our Driver ) and MR ALI for City tour as both these guys have a lot of knowledge about Dubai and can guide well.

Thanks for making our trip according to our own choice which exactly suited my 4 year old kid and my 60 years old mom. Only getting visa just a day earlier of my flight gave me panicked time but you always supported n assured me Ali. What a great team in Dubai you have who made our trip a big success. Thanks to everyone. All the cab n bus transfers were great too. Great choice of hotel Golden Sands 3 hotel and apartments, highly recommended. Friendly staff, good food, family suite, perfect location n local cabs available too from there. Look forward to many more great trips with your team. Keep up your team work guys. Every memory is great n for our lifetime. Went to La Mer beach recommended by our Legoland cab driver Mr Ali (arranged by Ebrahim travels only), won't forget it. It was average experience not felt special as so many follow ups on pickup drop. Even the time for some of the tours restricted as and one point we need arrange own cab to come back to hotel even though it was private drop. Even at place like snow world And Aquaventura, we had to pay extra for lockers as tickets which were booked does not include it. At the end as compensation entry for Atlantis was not worth as we just 10mins walked as suspicious people without any booking or purpose. No proper information from some tour guide where we can save our money. I was promised at the time of booking for shopping vouchers which never received Desert safari is ultimate

Its a wonderful experience, my whole trip was fantastic nd super, Agents correspondence was very attractive nd all things was dont at perfect time.

My trip was very well organised by Ebrahim travels from the day I booked the trip till I landed back in Bangalore. Thanks to their ground support team for cooperation and prompt response on WhatsApp throughout my stay in Dubai. However I felt that the role of travel triangle was only till I paid their platform fee of Rs600 as they didn't even bothered to confirm if I had really travelled or not but they were very proactive in reminding me about the payment dates.

I planned for a 6-Day Dubai trip with my family and it was so well planned. The ground staff and the onsite staff are very well in communication sync and made sure we had a hassel-free experience. We booked for "Yas Waterworld" in abudhabi on Thursday and unfortunately this team hasn't had sufficient prior knowledge about "Yas Waterworld" being a ladies-only day during thursdays. Even then, the issue was well handled by the team in a timely manner and made sure we visit the waterworld on friday without any additional cost added to the trip. I would highly recommend this team for any travel bookings as they are much attentive and responsive.
