The last minute plan was still so successful. I was guided perfectly by Ms. Dipci from North India Tours. Her hotel suggestions were spot on. In budget and still exceeding expectation in comfort and location. Thanks a lot :) To add on to this delight, Mr. Vikram Sharma (Vicky) was the cab owner (Etios) who accompanied us for the entire duration. Exceptionally polite and helping nature. Stay and hotel at Shimla and Manali was great. Hotel at Chandigarh was not upto the mark. Sun Park hotel did not provide us clean and good room. This can be done well for any customers going next time

Travel agent is good but forgot our trip details and other main things. Every time I have to remember about our trip details. Also the cab driver is not guiding us properly for the tour and places. Hotel is excellent and staf was very humble and Co operative. Food was delicious. Salong velly and candle light dinner of our hotel is very much memorable.

Two rating for Shimla hotel, and most times driver didn't led us to actual view points but instead dropped us at some other points which local vendors can carry us which is chargeable. Manali snow point and Manali hotel stay was memorable.

My trip was for 8 nights and 9 days. The hotels provided in Manali (for 3 nights) was really excellent. But the hotels provided in Dharamshala and Dalhousie (3 nights altogether), were utterly unhygienic and ill-maintained.

Loved the hotel... And the view from our room... It was just mesmerizing..!! The hotel staff was very helpful n cordial. Our cab driver was ok but his driving was very rash... It was scary at times.. N we had a small accident as well while travelling from chandigarh to manali bcz of his rash driving. The agency service was nice.. Responded immediately when contacted. The snowfall... N the mesmerizing view of the snow covered mountains...!!
