Planned this trip for snow experience. I asked them very particularly about snow and they gave me some places in itinerary. But there is no snow at all. Later we took some local taxi and went to another place and paid 4500 extra apart from our package with them.

Excellent service provided by the North India Tours and Travels to me on my Family tour of Manali from 18.03.2021 to 22.03.2021 and they really deserve 5-star rating due to the following experience I had with them. 1- Neat and clean CAB provided along with CAB driver who was full of knowledge of the place where u want to go. In our case it was Mr. Shammi, really thankful to him for making my trip memorable. He also worked as local guide for me there in manali. 2- Amazing Tour package provided as per one’s requirement be it Budget, Luxury package etc. as the case may be. The hotel provided to us was Holidays Heights view point was very amazing from the hotel and the Food provided was very tasty and was full of options also be it veg or non veg. for that Mr. Nittoo Verma, the cook there should be appreciated a lot. 3- Not to forget the special mention of Sarita Madam, who coordinated our trip in excellent and professional way and was always available on a phone call to put rest to your queries related to tour. Thanks a lot to everyone associated with our tour for making it memorable.

Honestly I was very skeptical when I was getting the quotes from various agencies from Travel Triangle. When I received the quote from North India Tours and Travels the thing which attracted me most is their flexibility and correct suggestions. They listened to my trip plan shared their inputs and thus my final plan was designed. The hotels were very good. Hotels were clean, properly sanitized, having good staff . Food was the most enjoyable part in the journey. We enjoyed delicious buffet every where we went. Next comes the driver. I have visited Manali before as well and other parts of Himalayas too and certainly interacted with a number of drivers. But Shiva, our driver was different altogether. He was very polite and punctual. He guided us properly and took us to good restaurants. Overall It was a great trip and I thank Sachin and Neeraj From North India Tours and Travels for arranging this memorable trip.

Well overall trip was good, but I was really not happy with the planning of the trip. I went for honeymoon trip, for which I needed more of a peace and less of travel to spend quality time with my spouse, but we kept on travelling via cab which drained most of our energy. Last day was really hell of hectic because I had to start early @5.30AM to reach Chandigarh as I need to catch the flight. Original time duration mentioned in the itenarary was too less then what it actually took. So, not really happy with the planning. Also, the choice of Hotel in Manali was not good, I trusted the agent for the hotel but wasn't satisfied. Service was good, but ambience etc wasn't as per my wish. Also, driver charged me to visit another place. No one from North India told about this. Driver also asked me not to share. Visit to Sussu for which driver charged me extra was something which I loved the most. Going via Atal Tunnel to reach that heavenly place was really soothing.
