Sareer Tour Travels

I rate it as good, but could have been excellent as I wanted to change my first accomodation House Boat, but as promised it was not changed on my request.I was chared Rs 500 additional to have change in any hotel if quality is not good, but that was not the case.

My experience with Sareer Travel was overall Good. I took their help in sightseeing and travel support for a 4 day Ladakh trip. Pros: - Good hospitality - Good vehicle - Good handling of issues Cons: - The transporter was given wrong itinerary. Although they acknowledged and responded actively but we lost 5 hours of itinerary - My travel permits were although arranged on 2nd day but they were supposed to have it ready on 1st day itself. Overall I would recommend them to my friends.

Leh Ladakh was one of our dream destination. It was made possible by travel triangle and Sareer travels. Ziya was our tour coordinator and she had made the tour package very flexible and helped us a lot in planning our trip for 7 days. After reaching leh, Shahid from Sareer travels had supported and guided us to the maximum possible extent. The accommodation right from hotels and camp stays along with food was really good except for the camp in TsoMoriri which we felt not that comfortable and the hospitality too wasn't that great in the camp. Otherwise all other places were really good and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Last but not the least, the driver of our tempo traveler - DunDun was very cool and flexible. The best was his smiling face throughout the tiresome journey :-) Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the trip and recommend travel triangle and Sareer travels.

We had a great time at Ladakh n Srinagar. It was a 9 day tour all perfectly managed by Sareer travels. Despite a few security issues and road blocks, it was a perfect adventurous trip with my Wifee! Right from day 1, the accomodation,food ,transport was just as expected. Exception being the food served at houseboat at Srinagar though! You always have those odds on a long trip. Special tips given for acclamatization in Leh by Shahid and Ayesha worked a lot for us in the latter part of the journey. It was never a 'pay n forget' attitude from Sareer .Infact there was always a personal touch n care during the entire journey. I am grateful to the hospitality shown by Faruk (our driver) , Shahid Sareer and Ayesha which added to the special moments.

Overall Very Happy with Sareer Travel starting from booking of this trip till actual execution of this trip. Special thanks to our Sareer Travel Agent (Aisha) and very helpful drivers (Sartaj bhai & Ahmed bhai) who guide us during our journey Let me share our experience of hotels we choose during our journey : Srinagar : Anarkali Houseboat @ Dal Lake - Its one of the best houseboat in dal lake in terms of staying experience and hospitality. Its one of the unique kind of experience and would definitely recommend to stay @ anarkali houseboat if someone is planning to stay anywhere near by dal lake

Ladakh trip was on our mind since past 1 year, and Sareer Travels made it just perfect for us. From day 1 they very prompt in replying to my queries. The best part of the trip was the drivers we got, who made our journey more memorable. They very very friendly and helped us fight a slight discomfort we were getting due to high altitude. Overall, the trip was good with some minor hick-ups. The hotel "Fifth Season" in Pahalgam was not good. There was no other family into the hotel, so there was no hot water into the taps and we provided with a bucket of hot water. The food items were half cooked etc. The whole trip was on a bit higher side (cost wise). I had a discussion with localities there and they confirmed that whenever you come next time or if any of your friend/relative is coming to Srinagar, do let us know and we will provide you the same Itinerary with approx 10K less that whatever the amount you paid.
