Sareer Tour Travels

Just one issue..Candle light dinner haven't arranged properly..sharing in house boat.

We R thankful to sareer travel as they gave us the best tour package. We had a grt time throuout the journey. Stay in all places was also superb with lovely food. As i was travelling with my kids they have extended their special support and care. The representative cum pilot of our cab from sareer travels was very courteous and a perfect guide. I am want to thank Mr. zahid sareer who have taken all the pain for our trip and done modification in between the tour and ensure complete safety and satisfaction to me and my family. Ms. Ensha was kind enough to guide us all along the tour with her messages. She has shown concerns for our kids and ensure that we should see all the things at gulmarg and pahalgam. We will definitely go again with ur agency and refer your name to my friends and family members. I love Kashmir and Kashmiri people. Gulmarg and Pahalgam is awsome place to visit In short Kashmir is really a Jannat and we also fell in love with it. Thank you so much Sareer travels for making our trip memorable. Travel Triangle have always been the best for me. Starting from the reasonable Quotes, and customizing the package accordingly. Kashmir- ladakh was our second package from your side after Sri Lanka whose quotes were also from Travel triangle. They provide excellent packages which gives us an option to compare and plan according to our budget. In fact i'm looking for another travel shortly and it will definitely be from travel triangle again which has never failed to make our trips memorable!! I thank you for the best service made available to us and been always catering to our requirements. Kashmir- Ladakh is one the best i have ever traveled! Kashmir is such a heavenly place and Ladakh is no doubt a must visit destination. Pangong Lake was the best for me as i have never seen such a serene and crystal clear lake, with its changing colours. Infact, all the places were wonderful, its so hard to specify one best. Overall, we had a memorable experience !

It was wonderful experience.My whole trip of Kashmir with TT & Sareer travels was memorable.It was well orgnised by sareer travels . I am thankful to Sazia Shah for very good organising the trip.&make my trip beautiful .All hotels expect sahara palace Gulmarg were good.cab driver Bilal with his attitude is good. KASHMIR VALLEY ...AWESOME Kashmir valley is beautiful . It could not describe in words.My whole trip was memorable .Zojila pass(Sonmarg) Aru valley(Pahalgam) are most memorable...AWESOM

WE ENJOYED OUR TRIP VERY MUCH OTHERWISE. CAB DRIVER MADE COMFORTABLE. KASHMIR IS HAVEN AS DESCRIBED. EVERYONE MUST VISIT THIS PLACE AT LEAST ONCE IN LIFE. EXPERIENCE SHIKARA RIDE AND GONDOLA GULMARG.. OUR STAY AT HOUSEBOAT-CHINAR WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND WE ENJOYED SHIKARA RIDE. 2. HOTELS IN PAHALGAM WERE IN BAD STATE. COCKROACHES AND CENTIPEDES ( PHOTO SENT ON WHATS UP) WERE FREELY MOVING ON BEDS ON GROUND FLOOR. WE WERE PROVIDED ROOMS NEAR KITCHEN. HOSPITALITY WAS POOR. 3. FREE WATER BOTTLES WERE NOT PROVIDED IN ANY HOTEL. ?? 4. BED TEA WAS DENIED EVERYWHERE(EXCEPT HOUSEBOAT) EVEN WE WERE READY TO PAY. 5. STAY AT SRINAGAR WAS JUST OK. 6. WE MADE OURSELVES COMFORTABLE AS WE WERE 13 SINGLE FAMILY MEMBERS.. 7. MEAL WAS OK BUT WE ALL SUFFERING FROM GASTO-ENTERITIS. CHAPATI WAS DIFFERENT.. 7. LAST YEAR WE TRAVELLED DUBAI WE FELT AT HOME AND NOT A SINGLE COMPLAIN.-TRAVEL EXPERIENCE - EXCELLENT... 8. WE WILL STILL RECOMMEND TO OTHERS WITH ABOVE IMPROVEMENTS WHICH DOES NOT COST EXTRA TO AGENCY JUST FEEL ACCOUNTABLE TO TOURIST,

Sareer Travels was overall average in their services but the Hotel Castle was a complete disappointment in the entire journey. The Journey started with the cancellation of vehicle by the agency and ended up waiting 3 hours at station and were offered poor vehicles as alternate but finally we got a decent vehicle and driver Imran who made our trip much comfortable. The involvement of Travel Triangle in entire booking process need to be more detailed instead of being a passive platform for connecting random agents to the travellers. Please get involved in the overall experience of customer so they can feel connected with travel triangle instead of dependent entirely on the agent.
