Very good and friendly service by the travel agents. Supported us in understanding the process with great ease. A complete hustle free process. Great going Shaan, keep it up. Very happy with Travel triangle services. But the agent youngistan travellers was not up to the mark. We have landed in Singapore at 7 Am in the morning and after reaching hotel we came to know that the booking was from 2 PM. (this was very very hectic after travelling and having no sleep for whole night). The hotel Aqueen Jalan Besar was very bad with a very very small room(so small that there is no place for keeping your luggage also). After 3 days in singapore, we went to cruise which was a Best experience till date and we enjoyed a lot but the Agent didn't informed us about the Gratuity which we have to pay on cruise. It costs us 80 Singapore Dollar(4000 INR) which is not a small amount. Overall the trip experience was not very good with the agent although travel triangle services are good.

Everything was great except two important points. 1. The mentioned honeymoon freebies and bed decoration, in itinerary as well as voucher, were not provided. After the payment, the agent told that it depends from hotel to hotel, but we had the hotel name fixed well in advance. So false info should not be mentioned, at any cost. 2. The drivers were changes almost every other day. In my 7 day stay, 4 different drivers were taking us to places which should not be the case as it is not a good practice.

Poonam and Youngistan travels made my travel fabulous. They were best in understanding what I need exactly and that to without forcing me to opt for what they offer. They ensuered everything goes well even when there were volcano alerts. Stay and transfer were hasselfree. Sim they offered me helped me to stay connected through whatsapp calls. Hotels were nice. Travel triangle trust ensured me to stay tension free. Pandawa Beach trip, rice field trips and stay at Grand Keshambi hotel.

Received Very good quote from travel triangle snd clarity on each anf every aspect of the trip. The worst part was itinerary was very poorly designed and we could have missed the flight thanks to our luck we chose another return date apart from our itinerary. I had to follow up on each and every day mentioned in itinerary as it was very poorly designed. I would advice every traveller to study itinerary in detail before payment and not to trust your travel agent blindly. Apart from this trip was very good. Just choose your travel agent wisely. Service of travel agent is very poor. Please study your itinerary in detail before doing any payment. Kintamani tour and stay at alam puisi ubud villas was the most fascinating and memorable experience.
