Youngistan Travellers

Alright so here we go : I will probably Start with the Negatives, so that Everyone is aware of what's actually going on which needs to be taken care of while making a booking With Youngistan Travellers (Travel agents located in Delhi). I booked a holiday trip to Seychelles with them recently and On Comparing the Prices with others they were lot competitive so I started having a conversation with one of their Executives Named : Shivani, She was really nice and she really helped us to select the right Hotels and she made the perfect itinerary for us as well. So we went ahead and paid them a Booking Amount of Rs. 10,000. It was all going good till we didn't Paid 100% Amount and Once we did they started Delaying the Vouchers of Bookings. On not getting any calls from them, I started calling them 3-5 times a day because our travel dates were just 4 days away. And Then they Sent me My Flights Vouchers, I was happy at that time but upset too because I have to Chase these guys a lot for Vouchers which I was not supposed to as it was their job to get those to me on asking at first time. After this Another Chapter came across, The Hotel Vouchers, on asking those they really delayed them a lot and after few days of calling them again and again they started telling me that they have made a Wrong Booking by mistake for us under Honeymoon package and for that we already had talked to Shivani in the start that we are not a honeymoon couple. And Now they asked Us to Pay More to correct the mistake which they did. I literally had a long fight on call with them at that time but after all they have all the skills to trap customers, so they had trapped us in a way that we didn't had any choice to pay what they ask For. We contacted Travel Triangle as well but they were not able to help us in that case too because we didn't wanted to cancel the holiday trip because of what have happened. Finally we made a decision to Pay Extra what they demanded and get our vouchers from them. NOW THE POSITIVES : - ITENARY WAS AMAZING - IT WAS A GOOD TRIP - THE TRAVEL AGENCY IN SEYCHELLES DID SPLENDID JOB THAT'S IT ! I HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU TO MAKE YOUR BOOKINGS IN AN EASY WAY.

The flight to Mauritius was good. We were received very well on the airport and transported well to the Hotel. The Hotel was very welcoming and all the formalities were done quickly. Had great time in the Hotel. Hotel property was very beautiful and very well managed. Full marks for the hotel and food. The tours were not organized well. Very less time was provided at the le aux cerf beach. And there was no proper communication channel for the tours. South Tour was beautiful. Maybe its time to remove North trip totally and add Casela National Park trip as default. Overall very good experience, just that the tours could have been organized well. Please upgrade the tour operators with which you collaborate in Mauritius. They were not polite.

Very good really happy about the stay and everything Stay is really gud and happy for the choice

Our trip to Seychelles was very enjoyable and memorable. Good arrangement by Youngistan.

It was an amazing trip. We enjoyed each and every moment of the honeymoon trip. In short it was Mesmerising Maldives. Dolphin Cruise was the best part of the trip

I chose Youngistan's 6N, 7D Mauritius package and it was all great when I was looking at quotes. Youngistan representative Megha was extremely responsive when I asked questions and asked for customization. However, once my payments were made, it was a different story. I was travelling solo and was facing some issues in Mauritius with the cab agency that Youngistan had tied up with. I contacted Megha and surprise, surprise, there was no response. At all. That is their service - you are on your own once you have coughed up the money and the agent has made their commission. General feedback on Mauritius packages - the south tour is not that great unless you like looking at the crater of a dormant volcano. Chamarel, too, is not for everyone either. I found it beautiful. If you want to book a package, please get it customized. Check out Casela national park or book a catamaran cruise (pricey but definitely worth the experience).

The resort was awesome and thr tour guide was humble and gentle. Riu creole resort ambience is really haven. Enjoyed thoroughly.

I coordinated and worked with Raunak and Harshita for my trip to Maldives. We stayed 4 nights , 5 Day at Paradise Island resort and and it was an experience of lifetime. Youngistan Travellers really took care of everything for my trip. They started with very competitive quotes and also ensured I had all inclusive experience right from flights, transfers, all meals etc. They communicated and followed up well before the booking was made and until the vouchers were issued. I would particularly want to mention Raunak for his relationship building skill and sharing across the information just what I was looking for.
