we went for our honeymoon , and coco budu hithi did justice to the occasion, the welcome was very great right from the receiving at the male airport by resort representatives , the speed boat transfers were smooth , the scenic beauty all along the way to the resort was mesmerizing. The moment we reached the resort the warmth and welcome was very nice and also the greeting every time was a plus and you feel special , rather they make you feel special . We stayed the first night in island villa which had all the luxurious amenities starting from a private pool , beach view and Jacuzzi to name a few . The room service was fast . We had to move to escape water villas for the remaining duration of our stay but the resort gave us an upgrade and we stayed in coco residences which is the best property among all stay options at the resort, we got sunrise view villa with attached private pool , open shower , sea facing bedroom , what else can you expect . And there were fishes running beneath the villa , the clarity of the under water life and cleanliness was commendable. We tried snorkeling and scuba diving there which was worth the money spent . Th resort food arrangement was lovely , every time the menu had a theme like American , Asian and it was very nice in the AIR restaurant , latitude bar is nice getaway for drinks and with view it gives during sunsets . The coco people keep you occupied with one event or the other , we enjoyed an discovery under water presentation show , movie under the open sky , Maldivian local folk dance and singing and live singing by a band and all was very much enjoyable . The walkway to the entrance to the resort was our favorite spot as we walked there gazing the sky which has humongous number of stars which you don't get to see in city hustle and bustle , Coming back to the beaches they were so appealing and you can find sea shells at the beach with living being inside it , which is a delight to the eyes seeing those shell moving and if you are lucky enough you can get some which are left by them ,the sand was white which made the experience a delight . Also there is a souvenir shop where you can grab something as a souvenir as a memory , bit pricey though . Weather was a plus with a cool breeze at the night , although can be a bit humid at times and you can sweat a lot which can make you dehydrated , keeping yourself hydrated is a must , but water is something is which is precious in Maldives in the resort so you need to plan your drinking patterns or rather drink a beer instead , jokes apart do keep that extra cash stack for water purchase . They have a club car for traveling along the resort . And it goes on , In the end will summarize it by saying as we left we had people standing in a queue and waving us goodbye , that was a sight we can never forget , days went fast in Maldives, Thanks coco budu hithi for treating us so immensely , the thought that we are back is still a dream , those glimpses of the stay are still in the eyes and every-time we wake up it feels now we will see the sunrise from the bed . so thanks coco budu hithi for the good times .
