Trip was organised very well

The Singapore travel arrangement, pickup, drop and drivers were ontime, friendly, helpful and professional. The travel itinerary was adapted whenever as per our request..so thats good. Hotel at Singapore was good but we were booked a room with no windows at all..since rooms with windows was priced higher!This should have been communicated to us. The Malaysia part of the trip was not satisfactory. The driver(Ajith) was friendly but complete unprofessional. On landing in KL, he took us to few shops so that he could rack up his points with the number of customers he brought to the place and get discounts in future for himself. He was late for pickup on the day of city tour and during the city tour, after the KL tower, he only showed us the twin towers. kings palace and the mosque..thats it..the list on the city tour itinerary was long but he ended the city tour only with this 3 places and said nothing else was worth seeing. He also borrowed 20 MYR for fuel claiming the ATM didn't work and never gave back the money, even after asking. He also asked us not to complain about it!!! For the Genting tour, he wasn't aware that the Awana skyway was not working and suggested we wind up the tour. Only after I asked pointedly about the other skyway he took us to the functional one. Once there, he repeatedly discouraged us and another family from spending time at the Highland mall claiming there was nothing. when asked about food outlets he said there was nothing , but we could see a whole food court and there was notime to eat. we hadn't had lunch and were starving till 5pm till we got back to city. I think this driver makes borrowing small amounts of money a habit with indian tourists and never gives them back. So disappointed. For putrajaya trip, the itinerary says 45mins was enough, but there was lots to see at the place: the mosque and the river cruise. since we went on the way to the airport we didnt have time to visit the mosque. I hope this is better planned for the future customers. The Singapore tour was executed well..but the malaysia part was non-satisfactory. Hope you work on improving this.

Very well organised. Hassel free travel it was.everything was arranged and managed very well.. all the vouchers we're handed over to us prior to the actual date and time. Very well managed and coordinated trip by travel agents from Colorful travels, which gaves very good rates, well planned itenary and a professional team lead by Nisha to nicely cordinate before and during the trip. Visa management was also hasslefree. Overall a big thumbs up for Colorful Travels.

My wife and I booked our honeymoon through Travel Triangle and I must say, these guys are just amazing. Everything from the tickets, to the hotel to the transfers, the food and sight seeing was planned perfectly and executed brilliantly. My wife and I had an amazing trip to Thailand. Pattaya (surprisingly) was the best, the hotel was the Royal Palace Hotel and was just amazing followed by Phuket. Bangkok was not much fun and that's why i'm giving a 9 and not a perfect 10. The Grand Alpine Hotel was NOT GOOD at all. The Safari was a good experience. I would highly recommend Travel triangle to the extent that I am currently on their website planning another holiday in May. I'm sure this will be excellent too!!

A bit late with the puckup time.But the planning was Ok

trip was good.but hotel in malaysia was not good...nd no indian restaurants nearby......beyond dat everything is good.singapore was very good to visit...and genting highlands in malaysia also too good.. singapore was good place to visit and our driver vikram was very help full...our travel agent priyanka planned very good.finally the trip was very good...

Support from colorful travels was good through out the trip, very supportive. Local travelling arrangement was good, very supportive staff. I suggest colorful travel team to explain in more detail to the travelers regarding the food court available in near distance from the hotel, what kind of food available and selection of good hotels for vegetarian food. this a suggestion for your benefit. Lose of passport and unfortunately received back from unknown source.
