Hello Dolly, As discussed over the call, I wanted to share the feedback for the trip. We had had a wonderful and hassle free trip over all. The guide and site seeings were amazing. However I do have one concern about the hotel in which we stayed. It was a beach side hotel however there was no direct view of a beach as there were other buildings. The food taste was completely blunt hence wen requested few times for additional things like a omelette or fries, even after we said we'll pay for it they denied leaving us hungry or try restaurants outside. We had a day when we could request for a food or our like from menu. when we did that, and requested for bit spicy items, didn't make it spicy at all. When asked the waiter says "Should I give you Chillies". Apart from hotel, there was no other complains. 80% of the time me and few other companions had dinner outside to avoid this problem. could improve on choosing hotels and response should improve a lot. there are some hiccups and confusions during quoting and invoicing. over all we had a great experience of journey n enjoyed to worth. thank you

Booking process was good but the services rendered by agent were not upto mark. They even did not meet me once. The personal touch and confident was missing, even though they organised well.

Everything is so smooth with Travel Triangle. Planning for more tours with TT.

It was really good trip of Singapore and Malaysia. You and Vishwas ji had provided very good support,guidance etc. Your continuous help sorted out my all confusions and problems. Kualalumpur,Genting- Transfer and service provided by sterling travel was really good and punctual in time. Hotel Sandpiper room was very small and don’t suggest to anybody and hotel staff are very rude. First world hotel is good and attractions are very nice. Singapore – The star travel agency’s ground staff was really bad and the vehicle was also not good for transfer. Grand Imperial hotel is very good and spacious.Suggest cruise to other tourists. Need to improve:- You have to suggest direct economy flight to customer like Air Asia,tiger Air etc rather than via flight as we were really tired and not slept for around 36 hours in both time. I felt my package was higher compared to other tourists with same itienary came from your agency.

we both are very happy for the wonderful trip which we had at Singapore which was organised by your travels. We thank everyone from your travels for such wonderful trip. We have started to plan for next upcoming trips for international with family.

first time tried with travel triangle it was well organised and good drivers for communication and manners from all of them , it was on time pick up and drops very punctually overall good experience . thanks to travel triang it was organised very well .
