The trip was nicely co-ordinated by Carlo Travels on belhaf of Travel Triangle. The driver who picked us from the airport and accompanied during the entire trip was polite, soft spoken, sensible and maintained good relation with us. The hotels provided was also of Good quality and facilities provided are also matching with that mentioned in tour package .However, i have one issue to highlight in the entire trip. "the hotel provided to us at Ooty(Lake View) was not being served Complimentary Breakfast as included in the Tour Package. On enquiry with the hotel management, they rejected saying it was not specified by Carlo agents nor Travel Triangle". Later, i telephoned to Carlo Travels regarding the issue and being told to pay by myself and will later refund the amount to your account. But, this seems messy as it is against the facilities included under our package. Also, till date i haven't been refunded the amount paid for the breakfast for 2 days at Ooty during 02-03 June 2019. This issue needs to be sorted out at the earliest by Travel Triangle or Carlo Travels whoever may be responsible.

The hotel was mentioned as 3 star but it was 2 star. We felt the package was more for that hotel. Trip was ok. The cab driver was not flexible. Apart from this we enjoyed the nature a lot

Our trip was good. I will defiantly refer my friends about your service. We just straggled from the Bangalore railway station for pickup only. We reached Bangalore at Morning 6.45,But driver picked up us at 10.45 a.m. After that all is good. The travel triangle representative Shefali Maurya gave a good response and arranged for the cab. Then the cab driver Mr. Mahasboob is very kind. Nice guidance from him and helped us to plan the sightseeing very well. We felt the room was very nice and clean especially Suhashini palace in Mysore .And Santhi Castle International in Coorg also good but very for away from the city.

Trip was nice except first cab driver. He was so rude and arrogant. we had to replace that cab driver with the new driver venktesh on 2nd day of our trip.Travel agent were quick responsive.Thanks but make sure cab drivers will not threnthen any new customer.hotel willow hill was superb and food was awesome great staff.overall nice experience.

I have faced my problems for settlement of my expenses which have been included in trip cost but paid by me. Another driver denied for sightseeing bcz he is having known with their taxi drivers therefore, i have paid 1400/- That was not reimbursed. Overall good but not better I think make my trip n other are good agents

Hotel at Ooty i.e Tulip Elkhill very bad, poor service at hotel. Not satisfied with hotel , others are ok. Cab person is very cooperative
