Trip was good. I will defiantly suggest my friends about your service. Driver Mr. Shanmugam provided very experience driver. Nice guidance from him. Only the thing is during Lunch time the hotels selected by your team was not that good. Services also not good & food was very very costly. Mainly the staff at ooty hotel Planters Paradize was very bad.

Driver came very late to airport ,,,,,,,,Cab changed last minute,,,,,,,Hotel at Rameshwaram was good but at kanyakumari Gopiniwas grand was very very compact......Driver was reluctant taking us to beaches and waterfallss..........otherwise all ok ok....TRavel triangle site is good,,,,,,,vouchers and all issued timely.......only issue was with driver n hotel at kanyakumaari.......and the travels guys has to suggest us the trip plan as to coverage of places....and ask drivers to cooperate in case we feel a slight change in iteniary....we were ready to pay extra also........

Hotel at mount abu was very far away from mount abu. Hotel was ok. Hotel at Udaipur was of very bad. I had a pathetic experience there.

Overall experience with Carlos was good. I would wont hesitate to travel again with Carlos. Although in the initial stages, the quote that was wrong then had to undergo the pain of accepting the revised quote that had higher price. However I was not surprised with price but providing a wrong quote may have been avoided. Overall experience was good. The hotel that we had selected i. e., destiny farm stay was an ultimate choice and master stroke of our trip. All my family members enjoyed.

Everything except the quality of hotels for the three star hotels was questionable. Had issues at Jodhpur, where we were told that our hotel was shifted to a different one which off course wasnt the case and they managed to book some other hotel somehow in lower star category. Also had to wait 2 hours to get it done. The OYO contact person was unprofessional(did not receive my calls when he was not able to book a hotel). Although Mr Raj Sharma from Carlos did provide support and managed to find a hotel for us. He too could have been proactive in the situation. Special mention about the driver Mr Divendra who was very good at his job. So overall the trip was quite good except one night. Would surely recommend to go ahead as they provided me the best package (considering the peak season )and customization according to me. Tip: After Receiving the hotel vouchers from Carlos call the hotels in advance to make sure the booking is confirm.

I had booked Rajasthan trip fro Travel Triangle and I was offered a very good deal. Amer view and suncity international jodhpur hotel is great. just that hotel in udaipur was not up to the mark. Car and the driver was very cooperative. I would recommend Carlo Travels for Rajasthan.

La flora Jungle resort service was very poor. Travel agent booking in ooty hotel has some confusion with the CP package. Hotel in ooty was also very far from city. Wifi service was also poor. Driver was available for pickup at right time. Locations covered well in time. Also food in the visiting cities were excellent.

Carlos travels was provided with perfect quote and the cab. Cab was in good condition and well-maintained. Cab driver was very helpful and guided us through the tour. But I have 2 issues: Issue 1: In the quote given by carlo travels, they added burude falls in the first day sight seeing which is also located 300+ kms away. I checked it on the day of travel. So I felt disappointed and checked every other sight-seeing location they mentioned in the quote. Issue 2: Cyprus homestay at ooty: Room was very small and the hot water didnt come on the second day. Overall, the trip was neither great nor very bad. I rate it as 3/5

Hotel 'Vista Suites' needs improvement in terms of complimentary breakfast...They have very limited option..Also room heater should be provided in such a cold weather for month of Dec. The driver Sridhar was very professional and co-operative. The trip was planned really well..We had good time around.
