Hotels are very good. I am happy and impressed with the hotels. Driver is good but car has to more cleaner and good.

It was a wonderful experience , very helpful people and great assistance by the travel agent .

Not happy with travel agent. My 2nd and 3rd hotel changed without any information. And most important my travel agent not aware about this. When I called to hotel that time they told me our hotel is under maintenance nd will provide you another hotel. Another issue is travel agent not organised trip well. Lot of point missed to visit. Thumps down

Hotels and tempo Traveller were good but Itenary was not planned properly ....

This is my first and last trip with travel triangle. I went with my family for the south India trip for 8 days. I booked through carlo travels which is the worst travel of the world.NAVAL SINGH is from travel triangle(who actually suggested me Carlo travel),the spoke perrson who was supposed to resolved my all queries(till my full payment was not done before my trip started),once trip started, he was so busy so didn't pick up my call and also not even called back.SAHIR SINGH is the spoke person from the carlo travel. So if you want to go with this travel, Do it at your ow risk. The problem i faced is mentioned below. 1. I already clearly mentioned them my flight will be reached at Coimbatore airport at 6;45 a.m. in morning, So on very 1st day, the driver who was supposed to come, not came. When i called carlo travels,the spoke person 1st said we will arrange other driver for you but already i spent around 3 hours with my infant and old parents in morning in all this nonsense. And once he(Carlo travel) knew that original driver was not suppose to come, for covering their mistake they was saying me, we thought that you were supposed to reach in the evening 6:45 p.m. 2. After that new driver came, he doesn't have money for petrol. Driver told me that carlo travels has not sent any moey to him(though full payment is already done). Again phoned to them Waste of time again. 3. In ooty, in the afternoon driver told me that, Carlo travel sent us only few bucks so he will stopped the car in between the road.And said that Told them to give my payment then and then i will start the car.same thing happend after two days. 4. In Coorg, the driver changed. I was litterally shoked. Before trip Travel traiangle and carlo travel had given commitment that driver is not going to change in the entire trip,but changed. 5. After coorg we went to Mysore,At that time the Second driver who joined in coorg told that my friend will come tomorrow. I was like what is going on.I striclly told him i want either you or the 1st driver, i will not allow any third driver. So they sent 1st driver. 6. At the end, my flight was from banguluru at 11:00 p.m. We left Mysure around 3:30-4:00 p.m. Again while going to bangaluru, Driver in mid highway,told that he has no money and petrol is about to end. Carlo travel had not sent money. i wasted around 1 to 1.5 hour on highway. When i called at that time carlo travel, the spoke person told me that we have given but driver's boss is not giving to him. he told me that you can discuss with driver's boss and solve the issue.I have given contract to you people and paid full money, that is not our responsibility to solve the problem. Be professional. Then finally i discussed(requested) them my flight is there, so kindly do it fast otherwise i will miss y flight to pune. So finally they send money after 1.5 hour. we reached airport around 10. Very frustrated. Conclusion: DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH TRAVEL TRIANGLE. Don't go with travel triangle, And still if you want to take risk, Not go with Carlo Travels. Not Recommended at all.

Very rude driver. Bad attitude. Didn't take us to most of the places which were mentioned in the trip. Charged extra for each and everything. He was on call always irrespective of highways or hills.

The trip was well planned and executed by Carlos travels..The CAB and the driver were amicable and good. The hotel in Nainital was Very Good in terms of Location, food, Room comfort and Quality etc., but the hotels provided in Corbett were void of basic amenities, not clean and no water in the wash rooms. The Hotel in Haridwar were also the same where I had to call to remind them about keeping the basic amenities in the wash rooms and rooms. The Hotel in mussoorie was good but since there was a festival, we had a tough time taking all the luggages and walking roughly half a KM to board the Hotel CAB. Would have planned it better. Overall, had mixed feelings and reaction of the trip. The Itinerary was cleanly followed and executed appropriately missing no places. The Coordinator of Travel Triangle was not reachable when needed and the same for Carlos Travels which they promised to be available. We faced a tough time without this coordination. Had to arrange the safari, hotel issues and other issues on trip myself....The coordination could have been better. Special thanks to Mr. raj from Carlos, who pitched in at the right time when we were stranded to help us out....

Thank you for organising such a wonderful trip for us! We had a fabulous time and absolutely everything the Hotel, car and driver were brilliant!

Everything taken care well. But small diversions like no breakfast in homestay. (The room provided was awesome though) Buddha golden temple and Mysore palace
