Carols Travel is Worse ever travel agency hired. I had booked for 2 days and one night stating our train is late, cold in UP unbearable to move around with 4 year old kids hence because i wanted to check out late and therefore i paid for 2 days, 2 months in advance. On first night of travel i was told, my booking is just for one night therefore i should checkout in morning. I asked Raj Sharma the travel agent that only after discussion itenary was updated as 2 days one night package, but he said 2nd day stay is ny problem, i have to find my way and that he will give only travel help. He is too manner less, even for breakfast i was asked by hotel to pay. I had to call travel triangle and Raj Sharma both to get that sorted out as breakfast was in inclusion. Later for final installment of 2500 he sent hotel staff and transport agency to me for paying them. I called travel triangle again and completed payment online. With two 4 year old kids being a woman and new to Agra i had to checkout and find another hotel. Therefore for 2nd day travel also there was no time left. Highest a room in Agra for 3 star costs is 3500 on the spot and 2 days transport full day cost is 2500. I paid 1200 2 months in advance and what did i get in return? Thug travel agency looted my money and gave only difficulty in return. None thank to Carols Travels. Please don't get any service from them ever

Overall a good experience. Driver was really polite and all the hotels booked by the agent were really awesome. Only turn off was I asked these people to arrange for a candle light dinner on complementary basis as I was on a honeymoon trip, which most of the agents do provide in honeymoon packages, but our travel agent couldn't arrange that for us. Rest was perfect.

Coorg lagoon resort was awesome, food was also good. Only thing is they need to upgrade standard room which are very old style. Mysore hotel was changed by Carlos travel agent without bringing to my notice which was disappointing, i gave confirmation for Trend spektrum suite but was later changed to Trend trebo, as both hotels name was starting from Trend, even i didn't notice it later. Trend trebo is 2 star hotel with no proper ambience. It's just a simple hotel. Cab driver Praveen was very good and honest guy who took us from Mysore to Madikeri and dropped back to Mysore. Driver (Mahantesh) from Bangalore was good but he bought a friend with him who was through out our journey from Mysore to Bangalore, which i personally didn't like. Last but not the least, Ms Pallavi Sharma of travel traingle was very cooperative. Stay at Coorg lagoon resort was memorable.

Hotel mukund villas worst hotel i ever seen in my life, no welcome drink served, after so many reminders pillow cover very dirty no changes at all..in morning breakfast not served properly.. But Hotel karnawati mount abu, very good neat n clean very impressive service n hotel's staff behavior...breakfast in karnawati very good tasty n impressive. Best memories @ Pichola lake and city palace...very good place..

Thank you Carlo Travels for making good experience with you for travelling in Mysore & Coorg. The cab driver (Mr. Thejas Kumar) was excellent, polite and helpful . The restaurant suggestions provided by him through out the tour was best. It was absolutely safe and helpful to travel with so kind driver. My family were very happy by his behavior. Thumbs up to the driver. The Hotel at Coorg Moriz was not up to the mark. Location wise, Cleanliness wise, Food wise was pathetic.

The best trip we ever had. Our driver Mr KIRAN is just too good in his work . Carlos travel agent Mr. SHAHIR is always there to take care of us. Travel triangle agent Ms. PALLAVI help us alot in finalising this trip. Overall we have alot of good memories while returning back. A big thanks to TRAVEL TRIANGLE and CARLOS AGENCY. Hoping to plan a trip again with you guys.

We had the trip to Varanasi with elderly people and and we wanted the trip to be tension free. Carlo travels has provided at par with what we expected. Planning of the trip by Sudhanshu of Carlo travels was awesome. Providing the details of cab and hotel well in advance of the trip is appreciable. The hotel was quite awesome and walkable from temple which made the trip much easy. Zero regrets, zero complaints, 100% perfect planning.

Our overall tour was good.we make lots y fun.driver and texi that they provided very good.hotels also good.we didn't like camp in jaiselmer about food quality. And they provide camle ride too short. Desert safari was awesome.

Resort for which I booked was not provided. But the resort which was allotted was good but it was NON AC but I booked for AC with swimming pool facilities. Even I was charged ₹500 extra to book actual resort even then I was not allotted with actual resort as per my package. Even my extra ₹500 was not refunded.

It was an awesome experience overall. Everything from the pick to drop was well planned and coordinated. Driver Sonu from Carlo Travels was well experienced and polite, he knew what he was doing,kept us safe and happy throughout the trip. Much appreciate and hope to book more trips in the future. I would like to thank you for helping me successfully plan and execute my vacation to Jaipur and Udaipur including mount Abu. Thanks to carlo travels and specially Abhishek. Overall it was a good trip. We had a great time. All the hotels were quite good. Specially Liked the ambience and view at mount abu hotel Sudhir new. The driver was quite good in driving but has few issues at Udaipur second day. The first driver was also trying to wrap up for the day too early. Driver at udaipur city on first day always try to refuse to going to that place. Thank god he has sent his brother on next day he(Kishan) was very helpful in mount abu sightseeing. Overall it was a wonderful trip from start to end, everything was organised very nicely. Thanks to Carlos travels

The trip was very nice and the driver was very good. we live in a secular country ... however i was very shocked to know that our driver had to false call himself by a hindu name instead of his true identity. His boss had told him to use a pseudo hindu name instead of his original muslim name. Shame on Carlo Travel's owner and his ideology! When i requested him to change my destination drop he also flatly refused instead of asking why i needed it. It rained cats and dogs in delhi that day and at 9 pm we 2 girls wanted to reach to our relative house .. as he refused to help we had to struggle till 10:30 pm to get a cab.

Coorg international hotel was good. Hotel staff and food was excellent

Throughout the trip we njoyed well.. But as u said u will arrange and give single bus instead of that u jus gave two bus we had a disappointment in that and we felt very uncomfortable bcoz we planned trip with frnds though it was dual bus we missed our frnds and we missed out lots and lots of Njoyment otherwise we njoyed well..very gud accommodation..very gud drivers who helps out in planning the areas and very frndly with us and finally gud travel agent who s very frndly and helps out about the trip plan. Thanking you, so much for this beautiful trip. There r many..we njoyed well..
