Travel Triangle helped to arrange a very nice trip at a very appropriate budget...Thanks to you and your team...only in last day we were a bit disappointed as we had to pay one day rent from pocket at Hotel Tetris for 6.5 hours waiting as we had a baby with us...Rest all was good ! Long Tail boat ride and snorkeling in Krabi was awesome

Adaaran Club Rannalhi is featured among the best hotels in Maldives and sits exclusively at the tip of the South Male atoll within the exotic collection of islands known as the Maldives. This would be amongst 100s of other resorts in Maldives and each one would have a story for itself. However, this resort offers the most amazing breathtaking views of Indian Ocean. It gives ample opportunity to explore the ocean; you must carry your snorkelling gear. You will be mesmerized by the plethora of colourful fishes that made their presence at the shore every now and then. Sunbeds and cushions are provided so you can chill on the beach. For Food, there is a buffet and is really enough for your taste, especially every day you could find some different food. Food may seem a little bland for an Indian palette. If there is anything below par, it is the water bungalow. They seem good from outside but divided into two halves. So yes it doesn’t feel like bungalow from the inside which was little disappointing.. Dubai trip was perfectly organized by holidays to cherish team. Shivangi from holidays to Cherish was so nice... She gave many options for hotels and customized the itenary as we asked.. All were done within our budget that’s most important.. once we had a small issue in trip we called her and it was sorted out, all were fine after that..One of the best agent advisor.. What I liked: Agent was very polite all through the interactions before and during the trip. Customizations were handled very well at the planning stage. Bhawna helped in delivery of passports to Noida location. Drivers were all good and reliable. What I did not like: Visa blunder: The visa of my mother for Malaysia had her name printed twice. As per the guidelines as given in visa docs if last name is blank, it should be left blank but apparently the one who filled the application typed first name again in the last name section and that was not accepted as a valid visa to get into Malaysia. Due to this silly error, we paid 200 Ringgits extra ( which ideally should be returned as the package was inclusive of visa) for application of visa on arrival and we also missed our bus which was supposed to take us to Kuala Lumpur. We waited for over 2 hours at the counter to process visa on arrival and we waited for another 2-3 hours to find another bus. There wasn't even a proper waiting room there, nor any food outlet. There was a clear lack of clarity on whether or not we will find another bus. Hidden/surprise charges: There were some charges, which could have been notified in advance or made part of the package itself. > My flight from Delhi to Singapore was supposed to reach early morning Singapore time and the cab from Singapore airport dropped us to Hotel during morning hours. Right at the start of the trip i.e. Day 1 as we reached hotel - typically it should start on a positive note - possibly a welcome card or welcome drinks etc.; however, it started with a flat face from hotel guy stating that early check-in would be extra 20 Singapore Dollars and we are supposed to pay immediately if we want to get a room. This is something that should have been taken care of as part of the itinerary. Even the breakfast on that day was not included so despite being tired of the journey we had to first deal with the payment and then go find breakfast. >In the itinerary for visit to PhiPhi Island, its clearly mentioned that insurance is included and soft drinks would be available free on ferry/cruise. We were charged 60 Bahts ( 30 Bahts per person) for insurance and soft drinks were available only on purchase basis. There were extra 40 Bahts paid for entry to Phi Phi Islands. Hotel rooms: While it was told that the hotels are very good with 3 star ratings, both the hotel rooms in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur were very small and without windows. This is something that should have been transparently told clearly so that I could have requested for a change. I requested for changes when I got to know about it but that request was not acted upon. Infact the hotel reception guy at Kuala Lumpur mentioned that he did not receive any request from travel agent. Voucher delivery delays: The vouchers and other details were shared very late despite timely payments and timely submission of information from my side. I had to follow up and also request for e-copy of visas to be shared. The details should be shared at least one week before travel date to make sure that the customer is able to get enough time to understand details. No local guide/SPOC throught the trip: There was no single local point of contact who could be contacted to help out during exceptions. For each country there was a separate point of contact and those were also only for exception management and were not 'guides'. The SPOC from Delhi was the only support. This was most relevant when we were stuck at Malaysia border with limited support or help.

Hotel rooms were clean and staff were very courteous. View was beautiful. We had a hassle free trip. Enjoyed every bit of it.

The Malaysian trip was good. Holidays2Cherish has arranged the trip in a pleasant way. Only drawback is the agents are late in replying to your queries we have to sent contionous mails to get reply of our queries and concerns. The local trip coordinator in Malaysia has arranged the trip very well. Please remeber to get in constant touch with your local agents regularly while you are on your trip regarding daily pick ups. In langkawi the agent was very nice. She helped us in accommodating Island Hopping and Mangroove Tours on same day at an additional cost, even tough we have booked for only for Mangroove Tours and that too a Private Tour. The hotel Star Points booked for our last day trip was not nice. The bed was infested with bedbugs and the hotel Bella Vista booked in Langkawi was far from any good beaches in Langkawi. We have to pay additional money to get to good beach in Langkawi. The Cable Car and Sky Bridge in Langkawi was the highlight of our trip. Great planning by my travel agent Surbhi from Holidays2Cherish. Well planned trip which covered everything we wanted to, well thought itinerary with great drivers and hotels that were at the centre of the cities. Plus the guys from Holidays2Cherish especially Surbhi were available all the time just a call away, no matter what time of the day ya ring them. So whenever we had even the slightest doubt they were there for that. All in all they’re great planners.

The trip was organised properly .Everything worked as per the schedule .The tarvel agent Abhishek was fabulous in his service.He made everything possible from his end to meet customer satisfaction .He gave a good deal . The hotel gave us a warm welcome with a mocktail . Hotel staff were good .The food was very good .But if you are a vegetarian then different fruits will only be your plate of breakfast . The kitchen staff were awesome they offered chapati and veg curry everyday for us seperately. One thing that i dint liked was about the complimentary water activities that the resort offered was not actually given.We have to go ask for doing activities many times .The boatsman will give some reasons all the time .Finally we git the glass bottom ride but he dint went for long and was just doing it for the sake of doing it . Overall experience was good. The best moment was the Lion interaction in Casela park. The beah side resort .

Trip was definitely memorable. Urvi was our travel agent and she did an outstanding job of giving us various options and providing us with a customised package. Her suggestions were quite valuable since we were traveling with our 6 year old daughter. Very well organised and ensured a seamless experience.
