There shuttle service is very poor. Restaurant staff is very good. Though less food options in veg.

Enjoyed the Stay at Hotel BOSS.! Everything in the Hotel is very good.! The private Pick up and drop from Airport was organised correctly.! But the major drawback was how the trip was handled when we reached Singapore.! This Agent didn’t have my Itinerary nor my Tickets for attractions which I had choosen to visit in Singapore.! He had not given our names to the Travel guy who comes to pick up from the Hotel.! It never felt like I was on a Holiday.! I was on call and watsapp following up with the agent about the pick up or drop and clarifying my Itinerary.! But I learnt a lot from all these .! On how to schedule and check every minute details before travel.! Hotel Singapore as a city and people The Panaromic city view All the attractions UnviersalStudios Sentosa Night Safari and MBS , Gardens the Merlion park.!

Cab was always late for pick up from the hotel during the whole stay. Morever the driver was not interactive during the tour and missed some of our itiernary locations like Suntec City, and also the photoshoot which was provided by the agent

Travel agents and ground services are very good

We had really enjoyed our short stay in Bali. The entire arrangements were nice. Rooms were very good, our cab driver was very cooperative and humble. The best part was we were not clubbed together with other people for sightseeings. We had our own private transfers to locations. Would really recommend this travel agency to everyone and looking forward to our next trip through Travel Triangle.

Even though our request was bit challenging, Bhavna organised our trip itinerary beautifully to accommodate all our requests. kept checking on us regularly during our trip to make sure everything was as expected.

Hello, Just returned from Bali. Everything discussed was going well. Day 1 was leisure. Day 2: driver who was also our guide took us to massage. post 2 hrs massage we were just sitting doing nothing at one place just because our next item was cruise which was to start at 5:30. So from 2:30 to 4pm we were just sitting as the driver did not know where to take us to spend time. We left place at 4pm and reach destination at 4:30. Driver just told us to give our voucher and that it ran away. How should we know what time the cruise will leave and all. We came back he was is such hurry to drop us. Day 3: water sport which was so rubbish and expensive. I found a better place at cheap rate for water sports. We reached Ulwantu temple at 4, and saw the Kechak Dance which was much better. The dance finished at 7, and it takes 15 mins to get out of the temple. We started form temple at around 7:30 pm and reached for candle light dinner at 8:30pm, here is the funny thing, driver says his duty ends at 9pm, so if you want to come along finish your dinner in 30 mins or I am going. Wow , that was great. Just adjusted and ran from there. Still no complaints to company. The height was when we went to view the water fall, as per the driver we should complete it in 1hr 30mins which was practically impossible. As per him the Kintamani was far away and it takes lot of time to reach. We just completed the waterfall somehow, skipped the kings palace, went to kintamani just to get a view of the half sleeping volcano nothing else. From there it was rice terrace where the driver did not know which place he should show us. Additionally we paid for the tickets to view the rice terrace. Till the end we were very polite with driver however, his behavior was not good, nor did he know anything about Bali, hospitality, etc. None of the people from the agency even called up and asked whether everything is fine or not. Their numbers were also not working. Finally, we got a better driver on last day that was the drop to the airport. It is really very pathetic on the part of the company to provide such tours. There were 100's of competitors but we chose you. Completely unsatisfied with your services. My friend was along and opted for other agency. I wish I would have opted for same one. Thanks to my research and my frequent travelling skills, the hotels I chose were much better. Had I opted for hotels as per your suggestions, I think I would have returned crying. Moreover travel triangle should take care or else provide a bank guarantee until we return and are satisfied with the services of the agency. Anyways thanks for ruining my vacation. Will not recommend it to anybody in future ever. And Travel Triangle, for you I have special gift. I will share with you soon with my comments about your site on various platforms.

One of the best vacations I have had in a long long time. I and my wife absolutely loved the resort location and I am thankful to Holiday2Cherish folks and Traveltraingle for suggesting Sun Island in Maldives. Snorkeling in the clear water blew me away. The Corel and the multi coloured fishes even visible from your villas balcony made the whole trip memorable. Thank you for a well organised itinerary and I would certainly recommend you folks in future as well.

Ok, this might be a little long. Patience plz. Although Holiday 2 Cherish was well known, I had my doubts since this was my first 'package' trip. Richa was simply great! From booking until we returned, she was there a call away. The best part was she took the effort to change the booking dates for us. There were lots of questions asked for which she answered politely. Chanpreet was kind enough to explain the entire procedure. Overall, one of the best agencies to book a holiday. Hassle free experience. Kudos to the entire team. Now, the hotel. Paradise Island Resort & Spa IS really a paradise. Excellent rooms with breathtaking views. Our rooms were just next to the beach front. I would strongly recommend going full board when it comes to food. The food was outstanding. The room was a little far from the restaurant. Hence had to walk every time. But considering the food quality, I'm sure anyone would want a walk after a meal :) Pickup and drop was great. Speedboat experience was awesome. Overall, satisfied!
