Travel Triangle & Travel Toogle both were unknowns to me but I never felt like I am alone. Got ideas & opinions to customize my package for Bali. Ms. Seema Khatri from Travel Toogle was in India & I was in Bali but she was there to help me with any & every issues, no matter what time I start pinging her on watsapp. Seema has made our Bali trip memorable & unforgettable. I was not sure if booking a honeymoon trip online will be trustworthy or no; However right from the boarding the plane to our destination and boarding off our plane back to home was just perfect; nothing at all to complain about; I have already recommended you guys to my friends and family if they want to plan a trip. It was competitive price quoted by Travel Toogle... Everything was fine other then food, which we were suppose to get at beach should be veg but there was no veg option available. Driver was nice and always on time

1.missed tiger kingdom in Phuket and safari world in bangkok. I would blame the travel Co ordination for the miss. Lack of knowledge sharing resulting a costly miss. Phi phi Iceland experience was awesome.

It was a great trip, enjoyed the landscape and the beaches, everything went smooth and according to the plan, thanks to travel planners.

A big thanks to travel triangle and travel toogle for wonderful travel plan and arrangements of my Bali trip. A special mention to Ms. Seema Khatri. she has been very co-operative and attentive even to small queries and always avaialble on whatsapp. While in Bali, once I had to ping her at around 5 O'clock due to some issues at the hotel authority's end and she had responded to me at that time as well. There have been many calls with Seema while finalising the itinerary and she had provided me the best possible quotes/options. Travel triangle along with Travel toogle should be the first choice for anyone planning tour out of India. Itinerary Feedback: Positive :- 1) The local driver provided for Tanah Lot and for airport/hotel transfer was very helpful and punctual. ( Name : Gusti Arya) Negative :- 1) When you provide free candle light to Indians then at least there should be an option of indian cuisine. In my case even the Indonesian food they (Grand Ixora) offered to me was not of the Candlelight dinner's standard. 2) During watersport activity the local operator gives reason of bad weather and delay Parasailing whereas at same time I could see other agents out there offering Parasailing to their clients. 3) Uppala villa seriously has some problems it is pathetically maintained. AC does not work, Doors were broken and a big mess was when I reach there to find my name not listed in guest list due to their operator's mistake #Bali Hai Cruise, #Tanah Lot

Fantabalous!! I am very happy with travel toogle, right from postponing our booking a day till we reach back out homes,the support & coordination given by them was really awesome.I recommend to go Bali with itenary and planning from seema and team. Even next year I want to go to Hong Kong I wanted to go with them. Thanks to travel traingle for giving option to choose our wished travel agency Alum Pusi villa in ubud was Fantastic, Bali hai 2 cruise uluwattu temple and kintamani views and buffet are most memorable of our trip.

Hi. Overall the trip was good. But had few issues in the trip which i have already mentioned not to happens before start of the trip. First of all food inflight. I was suggested by agent that we can buy food inflight since its a cheaper flight but the flight had no options but where forced to take what they have been left with. Secondly having been told that this was our honey moon trip we were made to hurry every morning for activities and was not able to have a peace full morning wake up. Thirdly the cruise dinner was a pathetic one and wasted the whole day bcoz of that. For dinner we were picked up late by the driver so we have missed the cruise and were made to take a boat to catch the cruise, and after boarding the cruise we were surprised to see around 30 to 35 couple which is quite huge number for such a cruise. So with such a rush it wasn't a romantic cruise but like a tranportation vehicle. Also buffet area was so congusted that were hardly able to find a place at the cruise and were told that dinner time is only 45mins. Hotels were very good but transera grand was so isolated that we could hardly find any near by shops for some stuffs. For water sports we were booked for parasailling in our package but bcoz of change in wind direction dey have cancelled tat activity and offered another activity for which we have been made to pay additional $30. At the time of booking the trip i have been told that snorkling, scuba diving etc will be rs 2000 each but will be cheaper at local. But we have been charged more than $50 each for every activity. Such misguidance shud not happen in future. Best part of the trip is ur team wer able to arrange everything to your best at a short time. Thank you for making this trio memorable.
