Hi Seema, I am back from Bali and Kl. I would like to thank you for the package you suggested for Bali. Me and wife had a great time. Especially the Bali hai cruise(snorkelling) and teleaga waga river rafting was amazing . Bali hai cruise was the best and ocean rafting was the best choice. loved every bit of it. And your suggestions for my stay in Bali did help me a lot during my stay in Bali and end of it we were well taken care on all 3 days. Not to forget the food was also really good. We would surely get back to travel triangle for our future trips and I wil make sure I refer to my friends as well. And also keep me updated with the packages you have . Thank you. Fabin Duram

It's a Good experience with Travel triangle and Seema

We had an amazing time in Bali thanks to all the arrangements made by our travel agent Ms. Seema Khatri. Hotel vouchers were provided within 2 days of paying the initial booking amount. All tours were customized as per our needs. Tours were booked through reliable agents. Our drivers used to arrive 15 mins prior to pick up time. Everything was planned as per itinerary. All ww had to do was go and have fun. This was my first experience with Travel Triangle and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Eating lunch at Kintamani with a view of Mount Batur. Visiting Tegalallang rice terraces and coffee luwak plantations. Watching Sunset at Tanah Lot and Uluwatu. Watching the Kecak and Janger dance drama. Drinking & snacking at Rock Bar. Eating sumptuous sea food at Jimbaran.

All the way we enjoyed our tour very much and thanks to Travel Traingle and Travel Troogle for arranging a fantastic tour for us. The positive points for your service were as under: 1. All the locations which were included in our package were really appreciable. 2. All the Taxies, pick up services and the drivers were of very good type. 3. Hotel Bella Vista resort location and room type was good. 4. Wi-Fi facilities in the room is really appreciable in Arena Star Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The nagative points for your service were as under : 1. Room boy availability (even on request ) not good in Bela Vista Resort. 2. Wi-Fi availability not in room , only in lobby. 3. Pick for hopping tour was 2 hours late as the service provider mentioned for Bella Vista Express instead of our Resort. It was a mistake made by Travel Troogle. 4. Type & facilities of rooms in Arena Star Hotel is very worst. We stay in a 8'-0" X 8'-0" size room. It was without charger point and without wiindow.The shower water from Toilet inter in the room while there is no door mat on the toilet door. Even wash basin is located in the room area of 8'- x8' . So it was a very bad experience to stay in such type of a room.

Great Customer Service & Excellent Arrangements - hotel transfers in comfortable AC coaches, experienced tour guides fluent in English, good choice of restaurants for the lunches. We absolutely wasted no time standing in long lines for the ferry, tram or cable car rides & that meant a lot especially with the packed itinerary we had. Overall, great experience with the Travels & hope to book more tours with them in future. The cable car ride to the Ngong Ping mountain! Awesome experience :-)
