Travel agent is suppose to communicate the entire day plan rather then just sending vehicle. It felt bit unprofessional. I didnt like the agent as initially i saw he had many reviews with 4/5 star rating. Guess it is all made up Darjelling tiger hill was best

It was a good trip but there is lot of scope of improvements In Gantok, as stay was good and else where stay are below average even though asked for good stay

Everything was perfect. Thanks to travel triangle to make my friends Honeymoon memorable.

Good hotels and properties. Cab drivers were also good and polite except for the first day for pickup from airport. Itinerary was also good.

Travel agent not contacting on each day about Driver mobile number and other details.. Kanchanjunga view and Gurudongmar lake

Overall a nice experience, i booked a 5D4N and all services are convincing. Traval agent was very helpfull and so as the cabs and the drivers. They were very professional maximum times. Must recommend!!!

The trip was ok not good because we get on the trip in wrong season. We are pure veg family and we told them to get us only pure veg restaurant but they didn't meet full requirements. Only first day hotel was good but rest three days hotel were not good. Also the season was not good, we should go in winters or March-april. The travel agent didn't tell us that this was the wrong season to go on trip to sikkim - Darjeeling trip. It was not good trip.

Overall good experience. Few hiccups on the transportation but were compensated well. Most drivers were accommodating to our requirements. Hotel rooms in Gangtok was the best and Darjeeling was ok. Pelling could have been better. Thank you for being available when we needed you and taking care of the trip arrangements.

Last hotel in gangtok and last vehicle was worst. 2 days pelling were memorable.

Travelled Sikkim from 1st Apr 22 to 9th Apr 22 with Wife and 7 year’s old kid. Stayed in Gangtok (3 days), Lachen (1 Day), Lachung (1 Day), Pelling (2 Days) and Darjeeling (1 Day). Travel Partner – Travel Triangle Travel Agent – Yes Tourism India ( Reva and Kirti) Transportation – Mr Vijay.   Overall trip experience was OK, expected to be more joyful. Couldn’t happen due to lack of good hotels and sometime issue with transportations.   1st and 2nd day experience in hotel in Gantok (The Royal Residency by Jain Group) was NOT at all GOOD. Put up in ground floor and 3-4 guys banging Hotel main door at 12:30 in the night. Had to go and wake up the sleeping staff to see what’s the issue. It was not at all pleasant experience. Next morning, asked for room change and shifted to first floor, where things were OK. Food was good.   3rd Day Hotel in Lachen (Klifton Crown) was good considering the weather and being a small town.   4th Day Hotel in Lachung (Lachung Klifton) was Pathetic. A so called 3 star hotel was just a 10*10 room with not even a simple hanger to put the cloths, forget about almirah and all. Everything had to be put on floor. To add more horror, called twice the coordinator to clean flying bees and cobweb. It was really a Horrible experience.   5th Day experience in hotel in Gangtok (The Royal Residency by Jain Group) was OK. Provided good room and food was good same as last time.   6th and 7th Hotel in Pelling (Jain Group Sonamchen) was good at first night and same prob again in second night. No Control of Hotel Management on Guests making noises at 2 AM in the night. Had to get up make complain but no action. Morning same response, Sorry Sir, Can’t do anything.   8th Day hotel in Darjeeling (Udaan hotel zambala retreat) was ok. Food and services were fine. Only problem is location being in crowded place, near to railway station, outside noise.   May be Yes Tourism ‘s coordinator Reva and Kirti, could not understand my requirements and kept making mistakes. Hotels were of Average quality and they were keep saying it’s 3-4 star hotels   Transportation -  Mr Vijay was very good and patient. Travelling with him was joy. Always ready to take small breaks and help. But his colleague Mr Nagen (assigned for Lachen & Lachung) provided by Mr Baichung, was good for Day one. But on Day 2, He decided that he will not go to Zero Point, and in spite of multiple requests, He did not go. He accepted that He did not wish to come to Lachen/Lachung and was forced to do so. Now he will not Go, do whatever you want, were his final words. Couldn’t see zero point and dropped to Gangtok at 5:00 PM in the evening. Left extremely disappointed. Same thing is done by Mr Vimal not to visit Samdrupse in Namchi, even after informing in advance that we wish to visit. He refused to go (Additional point on additional cost)   Final Feedback : Yes Travel : Avoid if Possible, due to not fulfilling their commitments and Just get the booking kind of attitude. Transportation : Mr Vijay–We as tourist travel once in years, and like to explore maximum. Please Do not assign un-committed & non-interested drivers. It’s very disappointing when we get arrogance and cold response from the drivers. Travel Triangle: Might not go for next trip,  for their dipping quality of travel partners.

The days in gangtok could have been reduced. Taxi service need to be provided on time. Rest all was fine Peeling homestay was good

The overall experience was good but there were some issues with One Driver and Room Category. However Travel Agent Yes Tourism India responded to every query and gave timely responses.
