Our overall tour experience was good. Staff of DOrganizer (Atish -Thanks ) were very helpful and co operative in entire tour . Some points which you should try to improve are as under : 1) Before leaving for a trip, Please arrange an orientation programme for each group booked by you, in your office for say 1 hour or so. You can share your experiences . How to plan each day in the trip. give them tips on what to see first, what next and so on. For example in Santosa /Universal studio - you can guide which programme to see first, then 2,3,4, and so on. This is important as a group going for the 1st time has no idea what they should see first and what they can skip if given a choice. This will minimise the non availability/ discomfort of not having any tour guide there ? 2) Logistic provided is good and more or less on time but more robotic without any interaction. It seems the bus driver were acting as a teacher and not interested in solving any queries. 3) Hotel Boss Room were small and Wash room were even smaller with bare minimum facilities. Even drinking bottle were smaller in size. Break fast quality was so so with more or less fixed menu i.e. hardly any choice to try something new. Location was good. 4) You can also guide what else can the group do of their own if they have some free time when in Singapore etc.

A very good trip organized by D'organizers . Offered me very good rates too. I recommend D'organizers to all , they are professional and customer oriented in their work..Itinerary was well prepared and well managed by onsite team.Everything was well on time and we had a great tour.Thanks to Atish , Monica & Priti for their extended support.

Poor experience Follow up with agent

Hi Thanks you TravelTriangle and D’organizers for making the trip wonderful. Really grateful to Aatish and Monica for extending so much help. Would like to list down the major pros and cons faced on booking through them. It was a great experience booking with D’organizers. They were extremely helpful while sealing the best deal. The whole of booking process was very easy and convenient. Except for the money transfer part. Maybe some improvements in the app or website can help solve the issue. Hence we had to transfer the amount via NEFT. But after they became less avid in the dealings. It was not easy to get them on phone or to get a text reply. Although the booking was made more than 3 months prior the visa processing procedures to be followed was not shared. Had to run behind Monica to get the checklist. And unfortunately the process demands more time than what’s expected. Had to rush through due to the lack of time. This could have been avoided if the checklist was shared on time. Thanks to Aatish, who’s timely intervention helped us at the end. Although travel triangle was good in booking the package with flights and accommodation, the activities part was left to be booked later. But later when we inquired regarding it, they didn’t seem to be so keen in responding. The most important thing before leaving is, to get the contact details of the driver who’s coming for airport pick up. We reached early morning at around 6 and had to wait till 7.30. Had to call up Monica in the wee hours to collect the contact. Again thanks to Monica for helping us out. An early check in was requested and it helped. Still had to wait in the lobby for an hour or so. Otherwise the stay at Ramada Singapore was fantastic! Excellent room, service and food. Wonderful!

Services provided were satisfactory.. trip was awesome.. thnx to Monika.. Having the freedom of exploring the place on our own.

Overall it was good barring the few inclusions were not provided to us during the trip. When i enquired with agent Mr. Atish from D'org after coming back from the trip, he simply denied to help us further which is very rude as they have taken money from us and did not made the bookings. Even Travel triangle agent Mr. Pankaj Gupta is aware about all this but not taking any sort of action

nice coordination

Very good trip. After some initial hurdle, everything was good. At airport no one was to pick up us. After buying sim card in urgent and contacting person, he wasn't known we are about to arrive. After that he told us to go hotel by our own. Except this everything was good

It was great trip. Our travel agent Monica and Aatish were very helpful. Only thing we regret is we didn't get enough time to visit Garden by Bay and MBS observation as both were planned on same evening.
