Overall, it was good trip. Enjoyable trip. One big mention I want to do is, the pvt cab facility which was provided and it was a big help for us to commute to attractions in Singapore. Universal studios is a must see !

Though the overall trip was a good experience, the initial part of it was an absolute headache. There was no cab driver to pick us from Changi. Frustrated, we had to take our own cab to the hotel. Your helpline numbers were totally useless, no one from travel triangle or the travel agent was available at that point in time. Please make sure that your helpline numbers are available 24*7. Also, had to wait for good 5–6 hours at Singapore before I could check-in to my room at Singapore hotel. Please make sure that check-in times at hotels match the time one arrives at the hotel. No one wants to wait at the hotel lobby all tired after a long flight. The stay in Bali was all good, have no complains on that front whatsoever.

The local associate of the Travel agent was to say the least, was unresponsive. The Cruise part was delightful. But not so the local transfers arrangements. There are few observations which if attended to, can make the trip enjoyable. 1. Flight arrival time was 9.10 hrs but airport pick up was at 11.45 hrs. Then hotel check in was at 3.00 hrs. River Safari was scheduled at 2 pm. 2. Cruise pick up time was 9.30 am but pick up came at 11.30 am. 3. No problem if we wait for hours but declared is no show when we were delayed by 15 minutes beyond scheduled time of 14 hrs and that too after having spoken to us. The reason s that the hotel room room was only given to us at 14 hrs. 4. City Tour was no good, wasting time in taking us to factories selling their goods at exorbitant price. 5. Hotel was stylish in avante garde mode but suitable for young people. Elderly going negotiating two levels is inconvenient especially at night where the bed is in loft and toilets are on lower floor. 6. Services of D'Organizer team are appreciated especially of Monica who was prompt but local agent should be reachable to resolve local issues.

It was a very well organised travel. Monica has been excellent in accomodating all our requests. I travelled to 3 different locations and 2 countries in 10 days. Kualampur was the only place where I felt that the stay could have been a bit better. It did not become a lot of hindrance because we were mostly out. But I think a bit better accomodation in KL would have definitely made it a 10/10 experience. Langkawi was the 2nd destination and after a few hiccups with the hotel staff everything was taken care within few hours by the Monica. Singapore was the last destination and it was absolutely flawless. Overall my trip was an absolute pleasure because of an amazing planning. I would recommend them because of their responsiveness and pro activeness in taking of all the smaller concerns as well. Any travel requires some minor changes at many points and you really need a considerate agent to be able to hear you out at any given point. And I must say that deft was answering every call with absolute patience and catered to all my requirements. Singapore

We had been to bali recently for honeymoon. It was our first abroad trip.We were a bit apprehensive but everything went quite well as our trip progressed. Itinerary planned by our agent was excellent and we were never had any problems during our trip. I recommend highly to travel triangle for holiday trip as it gives a lot varieties of option in affordable price compared to other sites. We are thankful to Deorganizers, our travel company for this awesome trip. Special thanks to Ms Preeti for planning all these and helping us in every aspects. Bounty cruise dinner is a must for any couple visiting Bali. Its an amazing experience.

Hi. The tour was well organised and right from the day of booking till the day of completion of the trip Preeti was quite helpful and proactive. Pros for the trip:- 1. Hotel Tropical Altitude was a very good and present place to stay at. Breakfast and Dinner would suffice for the day. 2. Pickups were quite punctual. 3. Guides were quite good specially Kevin. Cons:- 1. D Organizers had assured us a sim card on arrival which we never got. Thankfully due to free wifi, whatsapp calling and messaging worked. 2. Visits such as Casela Park should be a part of all trips and included in the package. 3. Payment details on Travel Trangle web site were not updated for a very long time and only after reminders did it get updated.

All the things planned by D organizer was perfect. only the bali cab driver was always in hurry due to which v wer unable to spend quality tym. and also pls do nt suggest for club villa in bali to any other client as the service is very poor and also the villa is nt so happening. the Holiday inn resort is an awesome hotel to stay. Hi All, I would like share my experience of my Honeymoon Trip to Bali arranged by Dorganizers through Travel Triangle. Preeti Singh from Dorganizers was very courteous, Informational, Confident and Friendly. The entire trip was as promised by her and did meet my expectation. The hotel, Stay, food was very nice. The drivers' English was very nice which was a great relief as communication does get very hard and annoying in international destinations where English is not spoken much. Just few recommendations / suggestion from my side. Cancel the Kintamani Volcano site seeing, as there is nothing there and its a waste of time, instead of which you can place elephant ride or something. For Honeymoon couple dinner, I felt the Cruise dinner was very crowded and I personally didn't like it, Instead I arranged a personal private dinner at Transera Kanaca Grand Villa, which was awesome and would recommend you as well the same. The hotel does a very awesome setup of dinner in the private villa Everything was memorable.

Over all experience was gud , Itinerary was well planned Water sports was little below expectations And face little problem with driver English Walk on Seminyak beach and Tanah Lot temple

The trip was fabulous. Bali is a beautiful destination. The stay at Sun Boutique was good But not the best. Hospitality and Room service were good. Food was OK. Had a fun time doing the water sports activities. Tanah lot temple was the best part of this trip. Very beautiful place, took a lot many pictures, enjoyed the tidal waves at the shore. Had a soothing and relaxing balinese massage. Went on a Cruise ride. The stay at Hotel Abirama village was excellent. Great location, great hospitality, great food. The cab driver Odik was very humble and friendly. He helped us find some nice Vegetarian Restaurants/ food places. In short, the trip was totally worth it! Thank you Preeti and D-org for you help in organizing this trip in a best way possible. I would definitely recommend it to my friends!

I booked my honeymoon trip to Singapore and Bali with Travel Triangle (TT), my travel guide was Mr. Amit Singh from TT, got a lot of quotations from different agents but the one I went ahead with was 'D'Organisers (Mr. Anurag), reason being first, their ratings were good and I got a very good deal which was much lesser than the quotes provided by others for the same itinerary. Mr Anurag was really attentive to all the needs and was always available for any query whatsoever. He also helped plan my travel so that I can have a memorable trip. Before the start of the trip everything was smooth except for 1 glitch which I think should’ve been mentioned clearly before hand, the thing was that there was a dinner cruise arranged in Bali which was mentioned in the itinerary but wasn’t mentioned in the inclusions and later I was told that I will be getting the things only mentioned in inclusion and the itinerary doesn’t mean much as that is standard what is given to every person, but then later thanks to Mr Anurag he solved this problem and didn’t charge extra for it at the end (so guys carefully check your inclusions and exclusions). Though Mr Amit from TT didn’t help me much in this regard, he also was not available a lot of times to solve my query. Regarding the trip the flight tickets were provided well in advance and the entry coupons to various activities were given after arriving at Singapore. We stayed at Hotel Park Royal on Kitchener Road which was very good in terms of rooms, location as well as food. Especially for people who are vegetarian and like Indian food there a lot of options in the buffet breakfast also the location of the hotel is walkable distance from Mustafa Market which has a lot of Indian restaurant so much so that you will find most of the Hindi speaking staff over there and hence its also called as Little India..;) We enjoyed a lot in Singapore, went for Night Safari, City tour, Singapore Flyer, Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa Island and Universal studios. It was amazing fun except for night safari which we personally didn’t enjoy much. We were provided travels inside the city on SIC basis which is a 8-10 seater van with other people travelling as well but comfortable enough and doesn’t make you wanting the need for a private transfer. Everything was amazing until we got the news just 2 days before our travel to Bali that due to volcanic activity at Mount Agung the airport is shut and this was the time when Travel Triangle people turned their tails and clearly told me that they can’t do anything and they will not provide me any refund whatsoever inspite of the fact that airlines were ready to refund in case the flight doesn’t operate, they also said a clear no for hotel refunds as well, Mr Anurag from D’organisers during this time was always on call and assured me refund as much as possible and also was ready to help me with the alternatives, luckily we didn’t have to cancel the trip as our flight flew (to our luck that was the only flight which was operational that day) but then wasn’t satisfied by the way Travel triangle handled this issue. Finally we landed in Bali and were greeted by Mr.Putu our driver cum guide for the whole Bali trip. He really made our trip memorable, the most friendly person we met on our whole trip. We went to Tanha Lot Temple, Uluwatu Temple, Bounty Dinner Cruise, Ubud Tour and waterfall, Pandawa beach, and Kecak Dance Show, didn’t go for Kintamani tour because of the volcanic activity. We stayed at Grand Hyatt resort in Nusa Dua and I must tell you its a fabulous place to stay. The vegetarian food options in Bali are limited but there are a few places where you get good Indian food, thanks to Mr. Putu, he guided us to those restaurants. Overall our trip was really memorable and we enjoyed a lot. I would definitely recommend D’organisers and especially Mr Anurag who was always there over the phone or whatsapp to help in every way possible. The response form TT on a few occasions was a let down and I recommend you travellers to clear all the things beforehand only (Inclusions, Exclusions and return and refund places in case of any mishap). Nevertheless with TT you have a wide variety to agents to choose from and also a guarantee that your money is in the safe hands.
