Red Letter Holidays

Some events are not planned in a right way in our trip to philippines. Need to pay extra charge for the pick up and drop which is being already included in the package.

Going out of India is always a reason for worry when it comes to travel but it was very nicely managed. I would have given 11 out of 10 but there was one instance due to which I would give 8 out of 10. The tour was very well managed and there was nothing which I could have asked for, But on the day of Glass Bottom tour, the pick up was not done on time and neither I was informed about late pick up. I had to call the travel agent there called Maria but she also did not revert with correct pickup timings. Further, on my way back to hotel after the glass bottom tour there was no one to pick me up. Again I called Maria but then also i had to look for the driver myself. Except this one day, everything was exceptionally well.

Out trip was good but some miscommunications were there. It could have been better with more planning. Rest the driver given to us was excellent. Agent was prompt enough to solve all our problems though. Overall a nice trip . We had a great time altogether. The best was the three night stay and activities in Maldives... It was out of the world.

We have travelled to Seychelles in last week of Nov'19 on our Honeymoon for 5 days tour and we must admit that we had an amazing experience overall. We enjoyed the scenic beauty of Seychelles and the stay arranged by Travel triangle was very good! The whole itinerary (hotel, transport, tickets, sight seeing etc.) was discussed with us in detail and it was planned as per our availability & willingness which made us comfortable with the whole plan..Especially our stay at Mahe was very beautiful and it was near the beach which added 24*7 scenic view from the hotel room :). The point of contact from the agency was very helpful in India as well as in Seychelles from the day-1 of planning till the whole tour completion.. A very big thanks to Red Letter Holiday POC (Nayan) and Travel Triangle POC (Ashok) to help us out in executing the whole smoothly with amazing lifetime memories :)!! Hotel Stay in Mahe near the Beach was the Best part of the trip as it gave us ease throughout our stay!!

Be watchful in what they claim and what they do !

Could have planned much better. Of course, TT agent did her best just serving agent should have more knowledge. Boracay was highlight

The trip was amazing!! All the services from the team is very good. We had a pleasant trip. Thanks to Varsha and intune team for making the trip memorable and fun.

Everything was good but we faced a problem in Dubai because we had a early morning flight we reached hotel at 8:30 am but check in timing was at 2:00 pm even our agent dont inform about that we sit 6 hour in hotel lobby that v worst part of our trip..

I really want to thank Red Letter Holidays for making out my trip so memorable. Especially, I would like to mention Parul and her counter part in Philippines - Beth. Be it transportation, accomodation, day tours, Parul was always reachable and ready to extend help at any point of time. I would recommend RLH to anyone who just wants to relax and have a laidback trip. RLH will be there to take care of you for the entire trip.

Bali trip was awesome. Everything was well arranged. Driver cum Guide, Debon was really good and helpful throughout our journey.All the places in the itinerary were covered. We wish to keep in touch for our future trips. Loads of thanks to you making our trip memorable

Trip was very well arranged by Red Letter. Red Letter's are the most supportive agent. 10/10 to Travel triangle and Red letters. Regarding hotel and cab- UI INN - Below average hotel. Below average food. Pathetic room size. Paradise Island - Very very good location. Excellent staff behavior. But the most pathetic thing about the paradise island is they gave me old currencies which were not accepted at all anywhere. I suffered a lot. PLEASE DONT DO THIS WITH YOUR GUESTS. Cab pick and drop service - Very very good.

The services delivered to us at Maldives, by travel triangle and Red letter holidays(agent) were as promised. However, we were disappointed with the planning skills of red letter holidays. Firstly, we book our holidays through agents so that they give us ideas as to which places to visit and where to stay. While we enjoyed our stay in sheraton resort, our stay in Hulhumale Island was very very disappointing. The hotel was shabby and extremely mediocre, definitely not worth Rs7000 a night. Hulhumale island itself was a very boring place. Our agent should have advised us to go to a better island rather than booking hulhumale island. This just shows their lack of knowledge about the popular places of the country's trip they are selling. All in all, they did mostly deliver services as promised. So my rating would be a 3.5 out of 5 to agent and travel triangle.
