Red Letter Holidays

Hi, I was worried because I had to fly Maldives in 2months but was not able to book hotel. Then I came across with Bhavna Sherawat from Red letter holiday who came up with few hotel options as per my preference and booked the hotel for me in last minute. She also kept following up with me regarding my itenary and things to do in maldives. I would definitely refer you guys if someone wants to plan a trip to Maldives. Thanks! The only suggestion is please make sure your hotel should not ask you to checkout early because of Speed boat timings. My return flight was 4.30 Pm and I had to checkout 9.30AM because of speed boat timings.

Had a wonderful trip to Maldives. Got to stay at the paradise island resort, the stay was superbly comfortable. The package was all inclusive, which increases ur package cost (Full meal plan) by 25-30%, all inclusive guests are offered some basis whiskey/ vodka/ beer and some non-alcoholic drinks for free and other high end liquor at discounted (40-50%) prices. Be cautious while booking an all inclusive plan as to what all drinks are included and what all are chargeable. A rough calculation of the liquor consumption shall be helpful to decide. The agents Red Letter holidays are awesome people, who struggle to offer the best! The water bungalows are one of its kind, a lifetime experience, do get it included in u package, atlest of a night!!

Hotel at Colombo couldn’t give me a proper dinner at 10 pm even and the local contact Mr Ruksaan was not available for a reply. Tha Travel from Airport to NuwaraEliya was tiring and after the same the Hotel could not provide us with dinner despite the fact they had accepted the payment in full. Hotel Mount Heaven at Ella was in a fabulous location and the people were very cosy. The Elephant orphanage was fantastic. Maldives trip was a memorable experience

I travelled to Maldives I am very happy with the prompt response of the Travel triangle team and also Sun island resort team. Mostly i want to thanks Mayuri from Red letters for helping me a lot from finalizing resort till travel. Hoping to add few more trips from Travel traingle.

This is my second booking through Travel Triangle. The support rendered by the travel agent with all necessary details on timely manner is very much appreciable. However, there was communication gap for pick up from Hotel for Day 1 and Day 2 of our trips. This could have been handled better by the agent at Krabi. Other than this, it was perfect coordinating with Travel Triangle!!!

The resort suggested was great and the arrangements were done really well by the resort staff. Our agent here in India was horrible. He never gave us complete information about anything. We had specifically asked for Seaplane to get to the resort and he never bothered to tell us that the resort in the quote doesn't have that option. Similarly, he booked the resort from 2pm onwards when we reached there in the morning tired and sleep driven. If we were informed before that he would do this we would have adjusted the timings on the quote. On the whole really bad agent. This trip would have been better if we booked ourselves. It would have less hassle and more peace

Initially when we tried using Travel Traingle, we were very skeptical. After getting the quotes from several travel agencies we felt a little.more confident. The service from the travel agency, Red Letter Holidays was really great from start to finish. They (Parul from Red Letter Holidays and Shikha from Travel Triangle) would respond to all my queries and the smallest of questions quite rapidly and with a great deal of courteousness Their travel plan for Seychelles was also very good as they ensured to leave plenty of time for rest and relaxation. What surprised me most was that the local contact of Red Letter Holidays took care of us like royalty and made us feel welcome to the Creole culture. Awesome Awesome destination everything was well organized

Good experience you don't have to bother about anything except prebookings if you want to try some water sports. You have almost everything at your resort and people do all required needful.

Everything was fine. But checkout timings is good. We had a flight at 9 pm but they made us to check out at 12 mrg... From paradise they picked us at 6 o clock. From 12 to 6 we have nt having a place to stay there. We were sitting in reception. And we taken a package fr 3 nights and four days including food fr 4days also. But last day they told u have to pay amount for lunch.
