we have great trip with travel triangle and kerala tour package... they gave very good itteniary.... but want a little bit correction that u have give some north indian dish in breakfast also... very great tour...

all the trip was wonderful and memorable ..only thekkady was boring..we could not get boat tickets there.

TRAVEL TRIANGLE GIVEN A BEST SERVICE ESPECIALLY MRS.JITHA. SHE HAD SUPPOTED IN EVERY TIME BEFORE TRIP TO END OF THE TRIP. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION IN MUNNAR NOT UP TO THE MARK. THE TV WAS NOT WORKING,ROOM HEATER TO BE PROVIDED AS ROOMS ARE VERY CHILL,DRINKING WATER NOT SUFFICIENT,BUT STAFF WERE VERY SUPPORTIVE. WHERE AS BOATHOUSE WAS SUPER. IN EVERY FIELD IT WAS EXCELLENT. FROM FOOD TO STAFF ITS A NICE TRIP. AND LAST BUT NOT THE LIST 'BINOY' THE CAR DRIVER, HE IS NOT ONLY A GOOD PERSON BUT THE SAME TIME VERY SUPPORTIVE WE REALY LOVE TO TRAVEL IN HIS CAR.

My experience with this trip was mixed. I read through the terms and conditions of the booking of hotels it mentioned that if we (the travel agents) do not find a hotel of mentioned category, they would book another hotel of same or higher category. While the hotels booked by the travel agent in all the locations were decent, our stay in Munnar had a lot of issues. I understand that since I asked for a last minute booking, there were issues. However, in Munnar, the second hotel that we had was way below the standard. We stayed in two hotels in Munnar. The first one was charged at about Rs. 3000 but the second one was charged at around Rs. 1500. My question is if only higher category hotels were supposed to be booked, how come we were thrown into a place which was way below the level of the first hotel? If there were issues in booking, they should have explicitly informed us that the second hotel is not good enough. You mention explicitly in the terms and conditions that for higher category hotels, you will charge more and accordingly revise the package rate. But if you booked us for lower category hotels, aren't we supposed to get a cash back? I was terribly disappointed with this and the travel agent had the audacity to say that you have to stay just one night in Munnar in that place. Is that the professionalism you guys exhibit? There were so many hotels in Munnar. If there was no room in the hotels of the same category as the first one, why weren't other hotels contacted? The travel agent said that this was the only other hotel in Munnar with which they had contract. And I know for a fact that there were rooms available in other hotels of same category because I checked in OYO rooms for availability as well. This was a disappointing experience and I wonder you treat every other traveler in the same way by throwing them in lower category rooms just because they have to stay only for one night in that hotel while they are being charged for higher category hotels. I am very terribly disappointed and I doubt I will recommend travel triangle to any other travelers.

Awesome trip

To book a holiday from travel triangle is good but somewhere how its is not satisfactory inspite of giving whole amount and as per d commitment given by Delcy ( specially for houseboat) is found to b poor , we had to get golden mist cruise according to given iteniery but we have got a local n poor 3rd class houseboat, food is good but houseboat was very poor, washmroom poor, bedroom is very untidy , dirty, no connection on led music system journey was totally boring ,other than munnar and kovalam hotel are best Why you guys replace our boat , even we called Delcy that out boat is not up to date we are not comfortable here , but Delcy making us fool
