Except some initial glitches, the entire tour was excellent starting from the taxi till the rooms arranged, everything is perfect and there is no extra charges for any thing.... including the up-gradation of our stay from normal to luxury. Even-though it is rainy season in Kerala, we never felt problem anywhere because of the well planned service from the "My Kerala Tours". Thanks to the dedicated staff team. I am sure that i can recommend this travel agency to my family and friends in future. Able to cover everything we planned in-time and continuous support from the travel agency.
