It has been one of our best trip.The travel agents were cooperative and communicated with us well.The hotel staff were hospitable and cordial.Our driver cum guide was excellent who helped us enjoyed the trip to the fullest by managing the time very efficiently.He was quite patient, hospitable and cooperative.All these factors along with Kerala's raw nature and scenic beauty has made this trip indelible and now it belong as one our fond memories. Thank you Sumeswari, Sangeetha, Ratheesh, and Sameer (our guide cum driver) for making our trip memorable.

Travel Triangle team is very nice. If it comes to Someshwari or Sangeeta,both of them have done good job.I would like to say thank you for the overall experiance event though it was not so called satisfactory.The package which i have taken was nice.However the choice of hotels have given to me was not satisfactory apart from The Green field resort at Kumarkom.I have stayed Red sparrow hotel at munnar accordning to your factsheet it was 3 star hotel let you know it was a facilities of lodging. Fist of all there was no booking in my name and i have waited for 25 minuted to confirm my booking.They have shown us the deluxe room and i bwas not at all happy with the room lated i have pais extra 1250rupees per day to upgrade the highest category still it was ok . Ther was no packaged drinkimg water in the room.There is no tea/coffee maker in the room.Most importantly there is no restaurent or coffeeshop owned by the hotel.Most disgusting part was in the morning breakfast they have offered special menu for in house guest, it has mentioned please select only one hot dish. The linen in the rooms was worst and there was no proper amenities in the room. More and above it has got a pthetic view from the room. My Second stay was at Tree top hotel at Thakedy.The hotel and maintance was good.The hotel have dome warm welcoming upon arrival.I have requested for tea/coffee maker in the room to the bell boy.He was very courteious and informed us to sepak with reception team.The reception team informed us thattea/coffee maker offer only in the upgade rooms not for the base category and the receptionest was rude. The most unexpected thing there was no AC in tbe room apart from the single fan where in the bed was far away from the fan we have suffered from humadity through out the night.The coat was like a lodging coat with 4 inches thick matress and the blanket was worest than what it offeres in the lodging. Green fiels was one of the best hotel among all the hotels.The check in was nice the over all clanliness is very good.The service team at the restaurent was courteious however they do not undestand either Hindi or English.It was very difficult for us to communicate.There was no manager during my concerns to help me to discss my requirement.The breakfast was not open till 0800hrs in the morning. I left the hotel without having my breakfast as i need to catch my flight. All of us know very well that we cannot bring the experiance back.also you cannot compansate for the package which i had paid. The only suggestion do not refer the online facilities.you need to have one person from your end to do the inpsection of the hotels to whom you want to tie up.Also i do understand you sale the customers as package being honest the amount which you pay to the hotel which is very less.That could be one of the reason where in all the hotels have ignored if in case we request for any concerns.You need to look into this concerns very seriously ,so in future the other guests should not suffer like me. Thank you to give us an opportunity to share my feedback.Hope you will make right utilise of my valuable feedback. The Driver Promod was excellent.If in case i have to consider the travel went up well that could be one of the prime element will be the driver.

We enjoyed the snow fall from the first day of our trip till to end.......

Holiday Triangle's travel agent(Gunjan Gaur) was very elaborative and friendly in planning the whole trip.Hotel Kingsland(where we stayed) was a newly built one and had an amazing view from the balcony.Food was also very tasty.Driver(of Innova) provided by holiday triangle was also very cooperative.On whole it was a wonderful experience booking on travel triangle.Throughly enjoyed the trip. Rohtang pass was really amazing.One should not miss this if travelling to manali.
